Warranty Plus Agreements exclude printhead coverage. Agreements start from the date of Zebra's order acknowledgement. For multiple printers on one site, special projects, additional services or for service on older printers, please apply to [email protected]. This price list is applicable to the UK only. Order Service via the Partner Portal.

For each agreement, complete the Service Order Form (from www.emea.zebra.com/en/zebracare) and email it with your Purchase Order and proof of printer sale to [email protected]. Printers installed more than 24 months ago, but less than 60 months, which have not been under a ZebraCare Service Agreement previously, may also be put under a Service Agreement after a Fixed Price Onsite Repair (Level 1, 2 or 3 as appropriate) has taken place. All Service Agreements for used printers, which have been under a ZebraCare Agreement

previously or not, are annual agreements, at the 1 year -000 price, +15% for each 12 months (whole or part) after the first 24 months of printer life.

ZebraCare™ Single Event On-Site Repair Services for the UK (in GBP)

On-Site Fixed Price Repair Services are single event repairs for out-of-warranty and out-of-contract serviceable printers carried out at a fixed price at a customer site. Zebra makes reasonable endeavours to respond on-site and provide a fix 2-4 business days following a callout. Prices include travel to site, parts and labour to bring a printer back to full operation that is non-functioning due to functional failure, wear and tear or accidental damage. Printers that are beyond economical repair are not included. This price list is applicable to the

LEVEL 1 REPAIR: CALL OUT, ON-SITE INSPECTION AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

ZebraCare™ On-Site Professional Services for the UK (in GBP)

Printer Installation includes: Unpacking and setting up the printer on the customer workbench, standalone or network connection, power up tests and printer configuration, media tests, print tests using customer designs, and all travel to UK mainland site.

Operator training is ideal for users of Zebra printer and includes 'how-to' demonstrations and 'hands-on' practicals that cover ribbon and label loading, print mode, printhead settings, ribbon and media sensor settings, test prints, use of the front panel, adjustments for optimal print quality, user maintenance, and printing a label from software.

Advanced User Training is ideal for IT support technicians. In addition to the content of the Operator training course, it includes: printer configuration, calibration and setup, basic troubleshooting, printhead maintenance (identifying a faulty printhead, printhead replacement, printhead alignment, head pressure adjustment), set up and optimisation of print quality, Sensor maintenance and calibration, troubleshooting tips, preventative

maintenance and basic repair training, set up and training in Zebra's installation software (Set Up Utilities / Toolbox), and all travel to UK mainland site.

Technician Training is ideal for on-site engineers. It includes a hands-on training in essential maintenance routines including part removal and replacement. delegates are provided with printer technical manuals and lists of recommended spare parts inventory. In addition to the contents of the Advanced User Training course, delegates will learn how to replace components, including platen rollers, power supplies, belts, and sensors.

Advanced Software Training includes the installation and demonstration followed by hands-on training in the features and functions of either Zebra Designer Pro, Zebra Designer for XML, Zebra Designer for SAP, Zebra Enterprise Bridge or Zebra Card Studio, and all travel to UK mainland site.
