Human competencies = main input in economic growth, generating endogenous growth thanks to a continuous process of knowledge and externalities accumulation
Inno-Preneurship = the key to long-term economic prosperity as it develops the firm's capacities because it encourages them to invest regularly in human capital and to accumulate competencies (Bartel and Liechtenberg, 1987).
Technological innovations increases the capacity of training and of absorption of the workers, young people should be better prepared herefore as adults ....
But also : Employment and Entrepreneurship are directly linked to skills (training) -> enforces employability and Innovation = acceleration factor for economical growth.
European Framework programs (Leonardo da Vinci/Erasmus/Jean Monet/ etc ...) : Inno-preneurship projects are key

An Important skills gap is perceived by enterprises especially in the interpersonal/soft ones ...schools and parents lost their (essential) role here ... this is an important societal issue for this generation !
Schools to connect our future workers with the economy and society as early as possible : make them excited about their future: need for a strong ecosystem here & enthusiast professionals make enthusiast students : immersion of professional “rock-stars ” are at least so important for schools as PhD'ers...
STEM (Science Engineering Technology Mathematics) to move to STEMIEA ( + Innovation + Ethics + Attitude ) and move from verticality to transversality in term of solution building...

Inno-Preneuship is and should become more and more a high priority of Europe /Governments / Regions and a transversal vector for economical and social improvement.
Inno-Preneuship provides al the elements and change allowing to move ahead more efficiently and to create more competitive products and services helping directly to a better self-development for the workers and better business competitiveness and thus to a better employability .
Inno-Preneuship is driven by an Intra/Entrepreneurial spirit : let's facilitate it & let's create a natural ecosystem where corporates meet startup's and Spinn-off's to generate next generation Innovation :
