Nella concezioneCesana la cabina doccia è molto di più di una barriera per l’acqua, in grado di garantire lamassima affidabilità nel tempo: è uno strumento sempre dotato di innovazioni funzionali etecniche. Un esempio è la serie Logic: un esclusivo sistema permette di attivare il flussod’acqua dall’esterno della doccia e di fargli raggiungere la temperatura richiesta.Temperatura che viene mantenuta costante. Ma non basta: filtri per l’acqua, facilmenteestrabili e sostituibili, prevengono la formazione di incrostazioni negli ugelli. Queste ed altreproblematiche legate alla dinamica dell’acqua trovano nella collezione Cesana le risposte piùconcrete ed esaustive.

In Cesana’s view, the showerenclosure is much more than a mere barrier keeping water in: in addition to providingconsistent performance over time, it is a system equipped with functional and technicalinnovations. The Logic series is a perfect example: a specially designed system permitsregulation of temperature and flow from outside the shower enclosure, and the temperaturesetting remains in place. But that’s not all: the water filters are easy to remove and replace, andthey prevent the formation of calcareous deposits on the water jets. These and other problemslinked to water dynamics are resolved concretely and completely in the Cesana collection.

La sicurezza è una delle componenti fondamentali della qualità Cesana: per poter garantire ilmassimo grado di affidabilità dei propri modelli l’azienda ha sviluppato, nel corso del tempo, unknow-how sempre più specifico. Vetro e alluminio: questi i materiali principali della collezioneCesana. L’alluminio coniuga la dote della leggerezza con un’eccezionale resistenza e durata neltempo: in base alla norma europea UNI 9227/93, le strutture delle cabine Cesana vengonocollaudate in un’atmosfera di nebbia salina simulando più di dieci anni di utilizzo in ambientisaturi di umidità. I vetri, disponibili negli spessori 8, 6 e 4 mm. sono sempre temprati disicurezza in base alla norma UNI EN 12150/01. Il processo di tempra aumenta fino a 5 volte laresistenza meccanica del vetro alla rottura. Nel caso di frantumazione, un vetro temprato sisbriciola in pezzi piccolissimi e non taglienti. A conferma di una vera e propria “cultura dellaqualità”, che parte dal progetto e copre ogni fase della realizzazione, Cesana ha ottenuto per ilproprio sistema produttivo la certificazione ISO 9001/2000.

Safety is one of the fundamental components of Cesana quality. In order to produce the mostreliable products possible, the company has honed its specific know-how over time. Glass andaluminum are the principal materials of which the Cesana collection is made. Aluminum is notonly lightweight and long-lasting but also provides excellent resistance. In compliance with theUNI 9227/93 norms, the structures of Cesana’s shower enclosures are tested in a saline mist,corresponding to over ten years of use in a humid environment. The glass used, available inthicknesses of 4, 6 or 8 mm, is always tempered safety glass, as per norm UNI EN 12150/01.The tempering process increases the mechanical resistance of the glass to breakage up to fivetimes. When it does break, safety glass shatters into very small pieces that do not cut. Thisexemplifies Cesana’s commitment to a “culture of quality”, which starts with the design andcovers every stage of production. In fact, the company’s production system has been certifiedISO 9001/2000.
