That’s why we are completely flexible and happy to discuss your specific requirements to ensure that our beautiful hotel provides imagination, flair and the perfect setting.
Mercure Bristol Holland House Hotel & Spa is the ultimate urban retreat: a contemporary and luxurious hotel featuring 275 bedrooms, including 15 suites. We have a collection of various event suites to cater for all sizes of wedding party – choose our Phoenix Suite with its private internal garden ideal for reception drinks or
a BBQ reception. Or the stunning Orchard and Forest Suites which boast spectacular views of the city and harbour, all with private bar and lounge areas. There is also our luxurious spa, perfect for those pre-wedding pamper treatments.
Many areas in the hotel form a lovely backdrop for your photos as does our beautiful courtyard. We are also located adjacent to the stunning St Mary Redcliffe Church, a stone’s throw from the green and picturesque Queen Square, or you can venture a little further to the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge, which all provide beautiful settings for your special photos.

We understand that there are so many things to think about when you first start planning your wedding – we’re here to make the entire experience an enjoyable one from beginning to end.
We will help you organise your wedding day with the minimum of fuss and maximum enjoyment – from the early booking of photographers, musicians and florists, to organising menus, toasts and even family members.
Organising your special day begins from the very first moment you contact us. Your wedding planner will be on hand from the moment you start planning, right through to your wedding day – to advise, plan and prepare even the smallest of details to make everything go exactly as you want it to.
THE PERFECT PACKAGES
Our set wedding package includes room hire, your chosen three-course wedding breakfast, an event manager to ensure smooth running of your day, a drinks package, complimentary accommodation for the Bride and Groom, plus discounted bedroom rates for guests.
Full details of our full wedding package can be found at the back of this brochure, together with ideas to enhance your wedding with additional extras.
However, we understand that one size does not fit all so please discuss your individual requirements with us and we can tailor a package to suit precisely.
Our wedding packages have been designed to cater for a variety of styles and personal tastes.

SUNDAY TO FRIDAY WEDDINGS For weddings taking place Sunday to Friday a 10% discount will apply (may exclude bank holidays). Minimum numbers apply to certain rooms and, depending on final numbers, a room hire charge may be incurred.

VAT RATEThe above rates are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Should VAT rates change, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Our expertly trained chefs have years of experience so you can savour a delicious wedding day meal.
We have a range of set menus available or to make your day even more special your wedding planner will be happy to arrange a bespoke menu. If there are guests with different dietary requirements, you can leave it with us to accommodate any special arrangements.
WEDDING BREAKFAST Enjoy your first meal together as a married couple as we serve you and your guests a delicious wedding breakfast. You’ll enjoy expertly prepared dishes from our three-course menu which will be designed in line with the season and using locally sourced ingredients where possible.
MENU ENHANCEMENTSShould you wish to enhance your wedding breakfast why not include canapés or entremets which are available on request at an additional charge to the wedding package price.
EVENING BUFFETOur buffet menus are designed to reflect the season and are fully flexible to accommodate your tastes and requirements.
DRINKSYour wedding day wouldn’t be complete without the perfect toast! Which is why you’ll enjoy welcome drinks, wine to accompany the wedding breakfast and a glass of something special for that all important toast as part of your package.
CATERING FOR CHILDRENWe will make special arrangements for the children attending your wedding from our Children’s Menu Selector (children 0-13 years).

PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS For every event on a scale such as this, it is important that both parties are aware at the earliest stage of the Terms and Conditions relating to the booking policy and the rights from both sides. To avoid any confusion or misunderstanding, we urge you to carefully read through this section, prior to signing the confirmation of your wedding at Mercure Bristol Holland House Hotel & Spa.
INTIMATE WEDDING PACKAGE
DEPOSITS A deposit of £500.00 is required to confirm your booking. A 75% balance payment will be due following your 8-week appoint, with the final payment due no later than 14 days prior to your event once final numbers have been confirmed. The balance of charges is payable upon presentation of the invoice. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to an alternative date, at the discretion of the General Manager.
FINAL NUMBERS We reserve the right to apply minimum numbers to the booking, which will be chargeable in full should final numbers fall below this level. The table plans and overnight accommodation requirements must be received by Mercure Bristol Holland House Hotel & Spa at least 2 weeks prior to the event taking place.
PAYMENTS All accounts are due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. Mercure Bristol Holland House Hotel & Spa reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 4% per week, or part thereof compounded.
RELAXING ACCOMMODATION
All of our 275 bedrooms at the hotel provide the comfort and style your wedding guests deserve. Specially discounted accommodation rates will be arranged to make their stay even more special.
These preferential rates can also be extended prior to and after your wedding day, for those guests wishing to take advantage of a longer stay.
Of course, for the Bride and Groom on the night of their wedding we offer our stunning bridal suite with roll-top bath, including breakfast – compliments of the hotel.
