PRE DINNER DRINKS

A selection of pre-dinner drinks and nibbles can be made available, and our

Bacchus Room has proven to be a popular venue to begin the night in a relaxing way.

MENUS

Our chef caters for menus and group sizes of your choice. Attached is a sample of menus for your perusal. Smorgasbords can be arranged for groups of 60 plus.

Our meals are of the highest quality with generous serves.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

MAKING AND CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION

A tentative booking can be made on your behalf and will be held for one month. After this time the reservation will only be considered as confirmed when a deposit of $250 has been received. Should the deposit not be received, the Barossa Motor Lodge is under no obligation to continue holding the reservation.

FULL PAYMENT

Full payment for your wedding reception will be required upon departure or the following morning. Our methods of payments are cash, bank cheque or credit card.

FINAL NUMBERS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES Final numbers detailing children’s ages and any special requirements are requested 14 days prior to the wedding reception. Those numbers are considered as a guarantee of numbers and are not subject to reduction. Table plans and guests names are required 7 days prior.

DAMAGE AND LOSS It is the policy of the Barossa Motor Lodge that organizers of the function are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or equipment during the function. In the unfortunate event this should happen, Management will advise of the fee involved.

Please note; all rates quoted are GST inclusive.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of $250 is required to confirm your arrangements and avoid disappointment. This deposit is deducted from the total account on conclusion of the evening.

ONE FREE ROOM

The Barossa Motor Lodge offers motel accommodation for the bridal couple overnight or for family use, accommodating 2 people only, as part of the wedding package for a group size of 50+. Should you not wish to use this complimentary room on the night we can supply you with a gift voucher instead.

ACCOMMODATION

We are pleased to offer discount to all wedding guests who wish to stay overnight at the Barossa Motor Lodge.
