You Have The Right To Vote
• If you are 18 or older
• Are not in Jail
• Are Registered with the Registrar of Voters– Must be registered 15 days before election

You Have The Right To:
• Vote Without Showing ID– If you have voted at polling place, and are on rolls– § 14216
• Vote Without Being Intimidated– §§ 18541, 2300(a)(4)
• Vote Without Having Your Eligibility Challenged– By anyone other than a poll worker– § 14240(a)-(b)
• Receive Information In Your Own Language– § 14201; 42 U.S.C. § 1973 et seq.; 67 Fed. Reg. 48,871

You Have The Right To:
• Bring Someone With You– If disabled, unable to read English– §§ 14282(c), 14282(a); 42 U.S.C. § 1973 et seq.
• Take Time Off To Work– Two hours without loss of pay– § 14000(a)-(b)
• Bring Your Child Into The Voting Booth– § 14222
• Vote If You Are In Line (on time)– 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.– *§§ 14212 and 14401
