The Trafalgar Room on the ground floor is steeped in history, with imposing paintings depicting the Battle of Trafalgar and many original period features, offering an ideal setting for a formal dinner.

Osborne Room
The original Ballroom on the ground floor is the largest of our function rooms, with a central dance floor, air conditioning and access to the courtyard garden.

Albert Room
Originally the Drawing Room, this first floor room offers stunning views across Governors Green to the Solent. With a grand piano in the corner and the beautiful views this is a perfect room for receptions and cocktail parties. It is also one of two rooms licensed for Civil Ceremonies.

Library The Library features impressive literary surroundings with book lined walls covering a broad sweep through naval and sailing history. An ideal room for a small meeting, board meeting or private lunch.

Terms and Conditions
Final menu selections and expected numbers are to be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the event at which time
50% of the invoice is due. Changes can be made to numbers up to 48 hours prior to the event, after which time all booked
guests will be charged for. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event will incur a charge of 50% of the invoice amount.
The balance due on the invoice must be settled on the day of the event.
Price quoted is inclusive of VAT and correct at the time of printing, but may be subject to alteration without notice.
Preferred method of payment is by BACS to: Bank name: Lloyds, Account name: Royal Naval Club & Royal Albert
Yacht Club, Sort code: 30-93-97, Account number: 30591560. Please reference the payment with name and date of
function and email a remittance as confirmation of payment. Alternatively you can pay by Cheque, Cash or Card.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry, alter or change the venue and accepts no responsibility for loss or
