Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR), is

of the certification process, but is not a warranty or guarantee of competency, accuracy, or any

particular treatment result. CDR does not assume any duty to any individual or entity receiving

professional services from CDR credentialed nutrition and dietetics practitioners. CDR shall not be

liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or otherwise, whether an action in contract or tort, and

shall further not be liable for any lost profits, or direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential

damages of any kind (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising from the

provision of services by any CDR credentialed nutrition and dietetics practitioner.
