SITEX kickstarts from 28 November–1 December 2019, Thursday to Sunday at Singapore EXPO Hall 5 and 6. Mark your calendars
now and RSVP via our event page.
Our doors will be open daily from 11am -9pm. We will be hosting a Media Preview for all invited Editors and Supporting
Associations on the 28 November 2019 from 9am onwards. Early birds stand a chance to have the first-go at all of our exclusive
products which are usually sold out fast! Something not to be missed!
WHAT IS THE NEAREST MRT STATION?
You have 2 options... East West line (Green Route) or the Downtown line (Blue
Route). For more details, please refer to the Exhibition Information tab on the
Homepage under “How to Get There” via our official website.
ARE THERE CARPARK SLOTS AVAILABLE AT SINGAPORE EXPO?
Yes, of course! You’re in luck! We have up to 2500 parking lots available in
Singapore EXPO for all visitors. For more information on Parking Rates, please refer
to the “How to Get There” tab, under Exhibition Information via our official
website.
WILL THERE BE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICES PROVIDED?
Unfortunately, no shuttle bus services will be provided this year... but fret not! There
are always other alternatives! Catch the Downtown line to DT35 (Expo Station ) and
take Exit A to Singapore Expo Hall 5 & 6 (Refer to page 5 for more information). It’s
really close by and convenient too!

WHAT ARE THE BUS SERVICES TO EXPO?
For those that are travelling by buses, you will be able to take the following buses
(On Changi South Ave, Bus Numbers 20, 47, 118). For those that are living in the
vicinity, there are buses catered along EXPO outside Halls 4,5 and 6 nearest to our
halls. (Bus Numbers 12,24 and 38) EXPO

Give our sales team a call or pre-register your space early by submitting an online web
form via our website, found under Exhibition Information > Become an Exhibitor.
As you fill in the form, you will be guided by our friendly customer service officer, XETIS,
who will fill you in on all the nitty gritty details required for registering a space for a
booth. After that, one of our sales agent will contact you to confirm the request. We truly
appreciate your kind patience on this, as we may take at most 3 working days to respond
to all queries.
You have the option to choose between the standard exhibiting booth space of 12sqm, 24sqm or 36sqm
onwards, and we will be happy to help confirm your bookings. If you prefer having access to customisable sizes,
please fill in the web form under Exhibition Information > Become an Exhibitor.

How do I know if my products qualify to exhibit at SITEX 2019?
DID YOU KNOW?We have recently launched a Chatbot system that provides faster and more
personalised responses to your queries. Scan the QR code on our FB messenger to get
a chat log request from our friendly beloved mascot, XETIS. XETIS has the answer to all
your queries so please be patient and kind when interacting with her!
The Chatbot officially launches in August. Check out SITEX’s official Facebook page for
the QR code that will be used as our profile picture icon. Scan the QR code and initiate
conversations with XETIS via FB Messenger! Other than that, stay tuned for more
