Guarantee of QualitySpanTech, LLC has carefully designed, manufactured, inspected and individually tested all conveyorsand/or components prior to delivery or shipment. In the unlikely event you find a defect in materials orworkmanship within one (1) year after receipt of product, we will promptly repair or replace theproduct(s), in accordance with our Limited Warranty below. Our liability is limited to replacement ofthe product and this warranty does not apply to altered or misapplied products.

Limited WarrantySpanTech, LLC warrants to the initial purchaser that all SpanTech products will be free from defects inmaterial and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after receipt. Any claims made under this warrantyare subject to inspection by SpanTech, LLC or by a certified representative upon receipt of defectiveproduct(s) returned to SpanTech, LLC freight prepaid. Upon satisfactory proof-of-claim, SpanTech,LLC obligation under this warranty is limited to making suitable repairs or corrections, or at its option,replacing the defective parts – free of charge – F.O.B., destination. The provisions of this warranty shallnot apply to any product that has been subjected to misuse, improper applications (environmentaleffects), improper installation or operation, or any product which has been altered or repaired withoutprior written consent of SpanTech, LLC. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERWARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OFMERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shallSpanTech, LLC assume liability or responsibility, either directly or by way of contribution or indemnityon any claim of any kind, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for direct, special, incidental, orconsequential damages resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery, or use of any product soldhereunder, in excess of the cost of replacement or repair as provided herein.
