Tides PavilionTides Pavilion is an open air venue located by the pool and issuitable for ceremonies for up to 60 guests. The stunning waterviews provide the perfect backdrop to say "I Do".

Conservatory and TerraceThis area is partly undercover and is ideal for ceremonies for up to40 guests. The space is air conditioned and boasts spectacularviews of the Port of Airlie.

Ocean's Edge VillaThe Villa is an exclusive area with undercover decks and stunningwater and rainforest views. There are two venue options in theVilla which are suitable for ceremonies for up to 60 guests.

Reception venues

Tides PavilionTides Pavilion is located adjacent to the pool and is suitable forreceptions for up to 50 guests. Although not a private area, itboasts stunning elevated water views and is perfect for sit downdinners for up to 30 guests and cocktail style receptions for 50guests.

Lohrey RoomThe Lohrey Room is an air conditioned venue with ambientlighting which can seat up to 80 guests including a bridal tableand dance floor or 120 guests for a stand up cocktail reception.Includes exclusive use of the conservatory and terrace outside theroom.

Tides Restaurant and BarFeaturing stunning views over the Port of Airlie Marina, TidesRestaurant can cater for up to 70 guests seated or 100 guests fora stand up cocktail reception.

Terms and conditions

Booking confirmation - reception

To confirm your reception a deposit payment of $1,000 is required within 14 days, a further progressive payment equivalent to 80% of theminimum required total reception spend is required 90 days prior to event and the remaining balance, based on final numbers is due 10working days prior to event.

Booking confirmation - ceremony

To confirm your ceremony a non refundable deposit payment of $500 is required within 14 days. The remaining balance is due 10 workingdays prior to event. Council permit fees are an extra cost on deposit for beach weddings.

Cancellations and postponement

In the event your reception cancels or is postponed, conditions will apply.

Surcharges

Events held on public holidays attract a surcharge. At no stage does the resort allow any guest rooms to be used as entertainment venues, iffound breeching this policy, additional charges will be made against the individual guest and wedding master account.

Room hire

Room hire is included complimentary in our standard wedding reception packages based on a guaranteed minimum of 30 adults on apackage. Any variation may affect room hire charges and this will be advised if such changes occur.

Entertainment

Peppers Airlie Beach reserves the right to limit any entertainment or noise emanating from the premises. Events to be held in an outdoorarea will be limited to a 10pm conclusion. All entertainment must be acoustic and noise levels cannot exceed the required level between6pm and 10pm.

Terms and conditions continued

Damage or loss

Any damage to, or loss of the resorts property caused by a client, their guests, agents or contractors, during, before or after an event, mustbe the financial responsibility of the client. While we exercise the greatest of care to ensure the safety and well being of our valued clientele,their guests and property, the resort is unable to accept any liability for injury, loss or damage to persons or goods during, before or after anevent.

Responsible service

Under the responsible service of alcohol act, management and staff reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any guestdisplaying signs of intoxication or where it deems necessary for the safety of other patrons.

Outside contractors

Should outside contractors be employed, signed terms and conditions for audiovisual and other contractors are required.
