It couldn’t be easier. If you are driving to Club Med there are parking places available at the majority of our resorts.

GETTING TO YOUR RESORT

6

CM-5265.indd 6-7 11/3/14 2:29 PM

From the moment you arrive, we’ll take care of everything.

A Special Welcome Awaits

Our G.Os® will be waiting to greet you and your family when you arrive at the resort. You’ll be given a tour and told everything you need to know about your vacation, so you can find your way around and start enjoying the fun.

ON YOUR ARRIVALDuring your stay, the Chief of Village will also be on the lookout to meet you and give you a warm personal welcome.

We welcome people from all over the world, so our G.Os speak many different languages. You’ll be able to tell which ones by the flags on their name badges.

Arrival at Reception

Once you’ve arrived at the resort, you’ll be given a few things to make sure you get the most out of your stay.

Your Wristband: This indicates to everyone that you’re a guest of the resort and have full access to all of the all-inclusive amenities and services. Wristbands vary to help identify our guests. For instance, children are issued different wristbands by age level.

Club Med Pass: This functions both as a room key and an internal credit card for any supplemental purchases outside the all-inclusive package, such as boutique gifts, spa treatments, or excursions.

Did you know?G.O® (Great Organizers): This is the resort team. They embody all our values: multiculturalism, responsibility, and kindness. They will keep you entertained with exciting programs, activities and events — helping with everything from sports instruction to Children’s Clubs.

G.M® (Great Members): This is how Club Med refers to you, our guests.

Village: What we call our resorts because they’re private, safe, and intimate — and because of our strong sense of community and sharing.

Chef de Village: The resort manager who oversees the on-site team and day-to-day affairs, as well as the animated Club Med spirit.

Crazy Signs®: Choreographed dance numbers that are fun and easy to learn. It’s a unique part of Club Med’s festive, friendly spirit, but it is completely optional to participate.

Dress Code: Almost every night, we invite G.Ms to mirror the special dress codes that G.Os wear to our evening entertainment and parties. Again, it’s completely optional.

LET US ENTERTAIN YOUA Club Med custom

Be part of a true Club Med tradition – the Crazy Signs® dance. Unique to Club Med, this custom can be enjoyed by all. Join in or just watch, the choice is yours. If you don’t know how – just ask a G.O to teach you!

Entertaining evenings

Designed to surprise and excite, every evening is different. Entertainment is often themed, with corresponding decorations and a dress code to match.

If you’d like to join in with the G.Os® on some of these nights, you are warmly welcomed to do so. Typical themes include “elegant”, “white”, “coffee-colors” (beige to black), “bright/ neon,” and “45-shirts and jeans” (Club Med’s lucky number; may be purchased on-site).

Enjoy the show

Come and see your G.Os® perform in the live shows they put on each evening. All the shows are produced by professional choreographers, which makes every evening unforgettable.

Kids are invited to take part in the evening performances. During early evening hours, G.Os® help your kids rehearse, dress up, and perform. It’s a magical night to remember – for them and for you.

Nights filled with dancing

After the show, head to the bar where you can dance and drink into the early morning hours.

There’s great entertainment for every personality and mood.

Choose between calm, intimate evenings with a lounge ambiance and more social events, such as live shows and dancing.
