LearningfromTheChallengeHowdidIfigureallthisout?Truthis,Ifiguredverylittleofthis.Iwasextremelyluckytohavethelargestgroupofonlineentrepreneursontheplanet,myawesomechallengers.Iwasexposedtoaremarkabletestwhichallowsyoutodiscoverandworktoyourstrengthsandspentthelastfewyearsdevelopingsomeverysuccessfulsoftwareformobiledevices.Itwasthecrazyintersectionofthosedisconnectedworldswhichhelpedmefigureouttheconceptofanentrepreneurialoperatingsystemand,crucially,thefacttherearefourtypesofoperatingsystem.WhydidsomepeoplefailandsomepeoplesucceedwiththeChallenge?WhileitwasverygratifyingtoseethenumberofpeoplewhowerestartingTheChallenge,formeitwasalwaysaboutimplementationandfinishingthatwasimportant.Themorepeoplewhofinishedeachyear,thebetter.Thetroubleis,thesuccessrateforyourstandardonlinecourseislessthan5%.TheMagCastcoursewecreatedafewyearsagohadanindustrysmashingrateof33%ofpeoplepublishingaMagCastattheendofthecourse.Thetroublewiththisis67%didn’t.Notthattheywereunhappy,refundrateswereatanall-timelowforthisproject,peoplelovedtheprogram,butforwhateverreason,lifegotintheway.
