Foundation and Underground Work: a. Sub-soil investigation and soil composition will be comprehensively analyzed by reputed
company.
b. Appropriate reinforced cement concrete foundation geotechnical designed and
supervised by a team of reputed and professional design engineers.
Supervisions: a. Direct Supervisions at every stage of construction by Genusys’s experienced and qualified
civil & electrical engineers to ensure highest quality workmanship.
b. Graduate/Diploma engineer(s), as per requirement, will be in full-time employment in the
site to supervise the construction work.
Engineering and Structural: a. Total foundation and super structure will be designed by the experienced and professional
structural design engineers.
b. Building design parameters will be based on American Concrete Institute (ACI) and
American Standard of Testing Material (ASTM) codes.
c. Comprehensive checking and testing of concrete & reinforcement at BUET laboratory.
d. Structural design is considering earthquakes and winds intensity as per Bangladesh
National Building Code (BNBC). The building structure will be reinforced cement concrete
(RCC) frame structure with slab.
e. Total foundation will be designed after sub soil investigation report.
f. Ground floor will be above flood level, considering surrounding building & road level.
g. All materials including steel, cement, bricks, chips, stone chips, Sylhet sand and other
finishing materials etc. will be of good quality.
Main Building Entrance: a. Impressively designed SS main gate including lamppost as per the elevation & perspective
of the building.
b. A spacious entrance and driveway with security arrangement for control of incoming and
