FINANCING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum USD 1.0 mln in equivalent

Up to 5 years (in individual cases up to 10 years!)

Repayment in equal installments (at least every 6 months).

Disbursements – pro rata deliveries/services.

* Respective commercially-oriented interest rate (CIRRs), fixed on Loan Agreement signing date (http://www.oecd.org/tad/xcred/cirrs.pdf) CIRRs rates till 14.02.2018 for financing period ≤ 5 years are: EUR – 0.43%, USD – 2.96%

Insurance premium calculated on the sum of loan and interests accrued during the whole financing period. Determined by Eximgarant of Belarus on the basis of Country Risk Classification, Borrower’s category and its financial condition. Reimbursed by the Borrower before the first disbursement.
