Mr. Nguyen Van Thinh, the founder and managing partner of VPL has the talented ability to practice law. He began working in the legal service before he graduated the Ho Chi Minh City University of Laws in 2005 and now he has now gained more than 10 years of experience as a practicing legal professional.
His knowledge in the field of law is supplemented by the master of laws program which allows him to connect legal and

Ms. Anh graduated with a degree in commercial law in 2010 at HCMC University of Law, and has successfully completed lawyer training program at the Judicial Academy of HCMC, and presently is lawyer of Ho Chi Minh Bar Associate.
Before joining VPL in 2013, Ms. Anh practiced laws at Viet Long Thang (VLT lawyers) and Phuoc & Partners for seven years, and previously worked as legal

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoan, a partner of VPL, has seven years of experiences regularly advising on multinational construction companies and investors.
Ms. Hoan previously headed Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation, served as senior associate at LCT lawyers firm, and prior to joining VPL, Thien Tam law firm.
In addition, Ms. Hoan has successfully completed her

• Co-lead counsel in two landmark infrastructure arbitration cases in Hong Kong with a lawsuit of USD 50 million at stake (ICC rules) in 2013.
• Co-counsel to Management Authority for Urban Railways (MAUR) for Metro line 2 (Ben Thanh – Tham Luong) with the total estimated project cost of USD1,2billion.
• Advised Hoa Binh on a major USD Saigon Center project, Phase 2 & 3, located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh Business Central District. The estimate for the two packages is USD 1 billion.
• Advised Hoa Binh on Vietinbank Tower, located in Cipucha, Ha Noi, Vietnam with the contract estimated value of USD 120 million.

• Co-lead counsel in a landmark polyester project arbitration cases in Singapore with a lawsuit of USD 65 million at stake (ICC rules).
• Co-counsel to Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) for package 3 of the Ho Chi Minh, Dau Giay Section, a dispute arbitration at VIAC with the total estimated project cost of USD1,2billion.
• Legal Counsel to a leading façade contractor in Vietnam to participate in the largest scale project in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, including joint venture structuring, contract negotiation and contract management. The estimate for the contract price is USD 40 million.
• Advised a subsidiary to Ben Thanh Group on an assignment of a Master Lease Agreement for the whole building in Vung Tau City, Vietnam with hundred million USD contract value.
