Male Libido Enhancementby Janette Lonsdale

ere is no doubt about it, erectile dysfunction can put a strain on your relationship. In many cases, it is not a sign that love has le the bedroom. “Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual intercourse,” says Dr. Charles Quigless, Jr., Alternative Care Center. “If a man can get an erection on his own, the cause is likely to be psychological.”

Depression, stress,  nancial problems, anxiety and exhaustion can contribute to erection failures. In addition, diseases such as diabetes, some types of medication, smoking, alcohol consumption, drug abuse, and poor  tness can all trigger or amplify the problem.

Regardless of the root cause, if a man becomes fearful that he won’t be able to perform, he may develop persistence psychosocial impotence syndrome. Men suering from impotence oen display increasing anxiety, loss of self-esteem, tension and relationship diculties with their partner.

According to the National Kidney and Urological Disease Information Clearing-house, 20-46 per cent of men in the US report moderate or complete erectile dysfunction. Although incidence of the condition increases with age, erectile dysfunction is not a natural part of aging.

e treatments for erectile dysfunction de-pend on its cause. “In many cases, impotence can be treated by dietary supplements such as RegenErect, an erectile stimulant that increases blood ow to the chambers of the penis,” says Dr. Quigless. “e more blood in the chambers, the larger the erection and the slower the blood comes out, the longer the erection will last.”

According to the manufacturers, one dosage taken with a full glass of water may work with-in 90 minutes and the eects may last for up to three days. e products natural ingredients include silkworm, oyster and white willow bark extract.

RegenErect is suitable for use by any male over 18-years of age. It is not for use by women or any person with allergies or sensitivities to shell sh. (Dr. Quigless oers treatments for allergy suerers). Because erectile dysfunction can indicate other health problems, men with symp-toms should consult a medical practitioner before they take RegenErect.

RegenErect is available by calling Regeneca International Tel: 855-248-9980. Mention promo-tion code 53053 and be sure to ask about the free sample oer. e web site is www.RegenErect4me.com. RegenErect can also be purchased locally from Dr. Charles Quigless, Jr., Alternative Care Center, Chiropractic & Acupuncture 9441a Olive Blvd., St. Louis MO 63123, Tel: 314-385-2273.

In his book, The Guru in You: A Personalized Program for Rejuvenating Your Body and Soul, Yogi Cameron Alborzian shares the learning and wisdom he accumulated on his journey from the glittering photo shoots of his career as a super model to the relatively austere life of a yogi and Ayurvedic healer.

Today, Yogi Cameron works with Hollywood celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres and Maria Menounos from Extra as well as others to bring balance, health, and serenity to their lives.

“People tend to keep me close at moments of great stress or when doctors are not sure what the cause of an issue is.” he says. “As Ayurveda looks at cause it quickly becomes evident what the root is in any disease.”

Y&S: Do you miss the life of a super model?YC: It is not part of my life anymore. It was when I was 19 and 20, but I have no drive to live any of that life now.

Y&S: How difficult is it to maintain relationships with family and friends who are not following a spiritual path?YC: I relate to people living the way they do because I used to live like that, but they cannot relate to the way I live. I just have to be aware that if I am talking to someone about something, they may find it unreal.

Y&S: How did you come up with the title The Guru in You? YC: We have to get away from the idea that there are experts, the real expert is god, the creator, or whatever you are comfortable calling it. You are part of that god. If god is a lake, then you are one drop of the water. Everybody is part spirit and we need a spiritual practice to ground us every day.

We make such bad investments. We invest in perishables, for example the stock market and food, but we don’t invest any time in getting to know the spirit. It is the one thing that lives forever. The Yogi Cameron brand is about the spiritual path and the book is about my own experience coming from the fashion industry and landing where I am today.

Y&S: What do you mean by “practice makes purpose”?YC: Your spiritual practice keeps you rooted to the earth and to the creator

within you. It helps you find your purpose in life. If the purpose you have in

mind does not serve the community or if it pollutes the earth, it is not your purpose. Every single step you take is recorded, so make each one count and make it for someone else. If you make your life about other people, you will be happy because you are not doing things just for yourself. Purpose and practices are why we are here, but they are difficult. I can tell you from experience that all the rest is just silly play.

Y&S: What is a spiritual practice?YC: A spiritual practice is a series of actions we take to become self-realized as an individual—to become one with the creator. Many people in the West consider yoga postures to be a spiritual practice. In a way they are part of such a practice, but I encourage people to consider the broader sense of yoga and not just the postures. They are used to open up the body and prepare for meditation so you can sit without moving. It is good to do postures and breathing, but ultimately the goal is to do meditation. I would look at yoga as meditation rather than postures.

Y&S: Can you explain what you mean by happiness is a choice?YC: If happiness depends on something outside you, you are at the beck and call of that person, event or thing. When you depend on what is within you, then it is much more controllable. Ultimately, yogis don’t want to be happy, for happiness has an opposite—sadness. Instead, yogis seek to be content.

Most people live in their senses and want all the highs and lows of life. The goal of the yogi is to develop their awareness and exist in the middle ground where they are not disturbed by the senses.

Y&S: What is the difference between Ayurveda and conventional Western medicine?YC: A doctor gives a pill to treat symptoms. In Ayurvedic philosophy, we consider symptoms to be secondary because they just tell us where the body is weakest. If you want to cure a disease, you have to look at the whole body, not just one part of it.

Western medicine is useful when there is an emergency. You can jump in there and treat the problem with harsh drugs and save a life. But in Ayurveda the body is supposed to go through its ups and downs. The spirit leaves the body when it is ready and the spirit in you is in charge. So western medicine is for people who want to manage the disease but never cure it. Ayurveda is for people who want to treat the cause and not the symptom itself.
