Philosophy

Yoga philosophy teaches how to live in peace and happiness. It gives lessons on how to keep still in thechaos of the modern living.For us the ancient teachings are the reason we geton the mat. Therefore, all of our sessions begin with a theme from the ancient yogic texts. The theme isimplemented into our asanas (posture practice)and the �nal meditation.

Movement“Asanas keep the body healthy and strongand in harmony with nature”-B.K.S. Iyengar-

The postures we practiceon the mat are calledasanas. Although theyrequire physical movement, the bene�ts are visible also in the inner body. Asanas bring:stress relief, inner peace, improved immunity, healthy digestion and heart, young spine, greater awareness, better relationships, increased energy, better posture and �exibility, better intuition, glowing skin, and peace of mind.

And in case you think you are not good at it, we have the equipment to make all the asanas available to you. Regardless for your level.

Who are we?

Karolina is a yoga instructorcerti�ed from India. She keepsreturning to India for trainingand inspiration. Karolina holds various certi�cates in yoga, yoga therapy, yoga for depression, and Ayurveda. She runs various workshops in Vienna as well as regular group and private classes. She has seen amazing results in her students who have healed depression, anxiety, and physical inabilities through the practice of both yoga and Ayurveda.
