Verification Process

Idea Submission process doesn’t complete until the verification process is over. The Verification process consists of 4 stages.

1. Primary contact Mobile Number Verification

2. Ideator’s email and Mobile Number Verification

3. Institutional Point of Contact’s email and Mobile Number Verification and

Authorization of Ideas

4. Head of the Institution’s Mobile Number Verification and Authorization of Ideas

1. Primary contact Mobile Number Verification

a. After the successful submission of the Idea , A verification link will be enabled

in Primary Contact’s Login.

b. Primary contact need to verify the Mobile number by sending the OTP the

registered mobile number.

c. In case if the primary contact need to change the mobile number already

registered, the option to change the mobile number will be available by clicking

the update button.

d. Once the mobile number verification has completed, A status of Mobile number

verification- Primary contact will be updated at the Idea Verification Page.

2. Ideator’s email and Mobile Number Verification

After completing the mobile number verification, Primary contact can initiate verification process of Ideators registered to the Idea.

a. Click Edit Details and Update details of all Ideators

b. Primary contact need to furnish the details of all Ideators before verification such as

their

a. Date of Birth

b. Category

c. Year or Semester or Class

d. Department or Division

c. In case if any mistakes in the information of ideator’s registered, such as change in

mobile number of email id can be updated before initiating the verification process.

(PS: Make it sure that the email id and mobile number are correct before initiating the verification process)

d. A verification link will be sent to all Ideator’s registered email Id.

e. Ideator’s can verify the email and also verify the mobile number by clicking the link

received at their email.

f. Ideator need to verify the Mobile number by initiating the OTP to the registered

mobile number.

g. In case if the Ideator need to change the mobile number already registered, the

option to change the same will be available at the verification window.

h. The status of Ideator’s verification will be available based on completing verification

by the Ideators.

i. Once the status of Ideator’s verification is completed, Institution Point of Contact’s

verification process can be initiated.

j. Need to submit the declaration by the Primary contact at the time of Institution point

of contact’s Authorization request.

k. Status of the request will be updated at Primary Contact’s Login

3. Institutional Point of Contact’s Authorization

a. Primary contact can initiate the request for Authorization to the Institution Point of

Contact after submitting the declaration and the login credentials will be forwarded

to the Institution Point of Contact’s registered email id.

b. Institution Point of contact can authorize the Ideator’s Group after submitting the

Declaration.

c. Status of the Authorization (Authorised/Rejected) by Institution Point of Contact -

will be updated at Primary Contact’s Dashboard

4. Head of the Institution’s Authorization

a. Once the authorization completed by the Institution Point of contact, it will be

automatically submitted for the Head of Institution’s approval.

b. Head of Institution can login to the system with the institution login and can

authorize the Ideator’s Group and Institution point of contact after submitting the

Declaration.

PS: The Idea authorization link will not be available to the Head of Institution until unless the registration of Institution is over.
