AsoneofouridentityasYFCs,ouraimistoraiseYFCmemberswhoaretruechampions

ofthepoor.Ourcall isto liveoutourdeep loveforGod intoaction,followingChrists

examplebyhavinga specialeyeand love for thepoorand thosewhoare inneedof

experiencingChristloveintheirlives.

AsYFCs,ourdeeploveforthepoorisourexpressionofourdeeploveforGod.

Thismodulewillgiveaclearunderstandingofhowwecan furtherdeepenour

desireandpassioninservingthepoor.Itwillalsohelptheyoungtogrowfurtherintheir

love

for

God

through

the

social

dimension

of

Gods

mission

for

us,

which

will

enable

us

tofullyputourfaithintoaction.

ThismoduleisconductedinthefirstyearoftheYFC3YearPastoralFormation

Track.ThisisawholedayactivityfornewYFCmemberswhohaveundergonetheYFC

Youth Camp, Covenant Orientation and Family Culture. This activity is conducted

withinthe9th

to12th

monthaftertheirYFCYouthCamp.

For YFC Community Based, thismodule should be conducted in the CLUSTER

LEVEL.ForHighSchoolBasedandCAMPUSBased,thisactivityshouldbeconducted in

the SECTOR LEVEL. This formation activity should be initiated by the Cluster Couple

C.GUIDELINESINPREPARINGFORTHEYOUTHPOWERACTIVITY

1. Thisactivityshouldbepreparedatleast3monthspriortothetargetdateoftheactivity.

2. The YFC Cluster Couple Coordinator (Community Based) and or YFC SectorCoupleCoordinator(Campus/HighSchool)shouldbethepersoninchargeofall

externalcoordination

for

the

activity.

These

include

meeting

the

charitable

institution, looking for possible venue, andoverseeing thepreparationof and

schedulingoftheactivity.

3. The YFC Cluster Youth Counterpart (Community Based) and Sector ProgramYouth Head (Campus/HS) will be incharge of other internal preparations

neededfortheactivity.(E.g.Programdynamics,speakers,activityflow,etc).This

shouldbeproperlyapprovedandcoordinatedwiththeYFCCoupleCoordinator.

4. The Service Team should be aware of the guidelines and policies set theinstitutiontheyhavechosentoconducttheactivity.

5. Activitieswithin the venue shouldbedonewithproper coordinationwith thechoseninstitution.

6. Itisstronglysuggestedthattheaforementionedactivityabovebeconductedinthe

venue

of

the

institution

itself.

This

should

therefore

be

properly

coordinated

withthevenuepriortotheirmeetingandexpectationsetting.

7. Participantsshouldbringpacklunchandadditionalfoodtoshare.8. Registrationfeefortheactivitywillvarybasedonthedecidedimmersionactivityand the chosen charitable institutions. (Aside from monetary registration,

participantsMAYbe asked tobringothermaterials such as giftpacks,prizes,

giveaways,etc.)

9. ForPregroup,eachgroupwillhave to talkanddiscuss theactivities theywillundertake.

1. TeamLeader/HeadFacilitator(ClusterHeadsandClusterCoupleCoordinators)oversees all the committees and coordinates the activitieswith theCharitable

Institution.

2. MusicMinistrypreparesall themusical instrumentsneededandcoordinateswiththeworshipleaders.

3. Secretariat prepares the registration form, the list of attendees and otherpeopleinvolvedintheactivity.

4. DocumentationTeam (YCOM from the cluster)documents theactivities andsessionsinphotosandvideos.

5. Speaker(seeprofileofSpeakerinthetalkoutline)Note:TheClusterHeadscandelegatethesetaskstotheYFCChapterheadswithachaptercouplecoordinatorastheircounterpart

victoryandblessinguswithmoreopportunitiestoshowandexpressourlovetoHim.

Hehasgivenus themissionnotonly tobuild thechurchofhomebutalso to

buildthechurchofthepoor. WebelievethatourexperiencewithChristissomething

weoughttosharetoothers,especiallytothepoor.

Wearecalled to takecareof thepoorasourultimateexpressionofourdeep

loveforGodandforourneighbors. HeiscallingustobechampionsnotonlyofChrist

C. STEWARDS OF OUR TREASURE Our treasure are our gifts from God.Treasuresare the things thatare important tous. Weuseour treasure to

Being good stewards of our time, talent and treasure allows us to bemore

generous and loving. This gives us an opportunity to be our brothers keeper and

becomeheroesforothers.

Simpleasweare,wehavebeengiventheprivilegetobethestewardsofGods

flock to perform His goodness to others. We have been called to be heroes in

extraordinaryways;weare:
