Although the major component of this relationship is the student, the faculties also take part by bringing the requirements of this interaction to their systems. The targeted outcomes of the consultant-student interaction are success in the exams, success in the program, and preparation for the professional life. The aim of counseling is to help students to solve their problems, to give professional guidance, to provide coaching, to contribute to adopting the habit of lifelong learning, to provide information about the University and Faculty, to follow their success and failure and to help them select courses. The consultants selected among Basic Medical Sciences instructors for the first three years transfer the students to Clinical Sciences instructors for the following three years. YOUR COUNSELOR WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER!!! PAGE The evaluation of the students success for the Phase I committes, ICP-I (Clinical Skills) and Scietific Projects-I has been given here.
