As Salaamo Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barkattuh,

This is to inform you all that our Kanzuliman Foundation Silliguri, West Bengal, Branch is

performing very well. It was established on 06.10.2018 at Madrasah Al Jamia Tur Quadria,

Champasari, Silliguri and was inaugurated with the blessed hands of Khanwadah-e-Aalahazrat

Janab Arsalan Raza Khan Qadri Sahab, the great grandson of (Huzur Taj-al-Shariah) Hazrat

Akthar Raza Khan Qadri Azhari (Alaihi’rahma), who arrived all-along from Bargah-e-Aalahazrat,

Bareilly Sharif, Uttar Pradesh, (India).

Alhumdulillah, at Kanzuliman Foundation Silliguri Branch, we have a physical

Kanzuliman Islamic Library with more than 200+ hardbound Islamic Books available in

multiple languages Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, English and Bengali on different subjects like Aqa’id

(Beliefs), Fiqā’h (Islamic Jurisprudence), Hadith Sharif (Sayings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad

Sallallahu’Alaihi’Wa’Sallam), Tasawwuf (Spirituality), Usool (Principles), Nazariya (Theory), Se’erah

(Biography), Tareekh (History), Fatawa (Islamic Decrees) including titles on modern subjects

like Islamic Sciences and Technology, Islamic Civilization, Islam’s Contribution to Science,

Islamic Scientists and their Inventions etc..

Apart from Kanzuliman Islamic Library we have a physical setup of Computer

Education with full furnished IT Lab. equipped with three set of Computer Desktops with

internet facility and an experienced computer trainer/instructor, appointed for free Computer

Education, to especially educate the Madarish Students studying in Madrasah also our Imams,

Ulemas and Mashaikh under our initiative “IT for Ulema”. We are purely following the Maslak

of Aala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan (Alaihi’rahma) and working on the Mission and Vision of

Kanzuliman Foundation facilitating the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah Sunni Hanafi Bareilvee

Muslims of Silliguri with TALEEM | ILM | RAZAWIYAAT.

After knowing all about Kanzuliman Foundation’s services and efforts, Janab Arsalan

Raza Khan Qadri Sahab in his speech, has appreciated our work and also added that those

work which the other Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat organizations could not achieved spreading the

10-Points Plan and Maslak of Aala Hazrat (Alaihi’rahma) at such a remote places, Kanzuliman

Foundation and their entire team and associates had done great work and hence proved by

opening the concept of Kanzuliman Islamic Library with Modern Sciences and the use of latest

tools and Technology of these era, among the Sunni Muslims of Silliguri and other North-

eastern parts of India, where till date no one from Bareilly Sharif has reached to spread the

teachings of Aala Hazrat (Alaihi’rahma). But Kanzuliman Foundation has achieved doing all

possibilities making and spreading the teachings of Aala Hazrat (Alaihi’rahma) and Sunni Sahi-ul-

Aqeeda among the Muslims of these areas from the platform of Kanzuliman Foundation.

Moulana Mohammad Shahid Raza Noori, who also came with Janab Arsalan Raza Khan

Sahab added in his Khitabat that, it is unbelievable that the young professionals and student’s

organization namely Kanzuliman Foundation has planned their Mission in such an organized

manner, that we can’t ever think of, and but these young dynamic groups of engineers,

working professionals and students who have love and respect for their De’en, Mazhab,

Rasool Al’laah (sallallahu’alaihi’wasallam), Awaliya Al’laah, Wali Al’laah, Sufism and Razawiyaat.

Ma Shaa Allah and in such a young age right from Bareilly to Silliguri spreading their Vision to

the other parts of North Eastern States where we can’t ever think of going so far.

Before concluding he also further added that Engineer Amir Tehsini from Bareilly and

Engineer Aalam from Sikkim and their entire team of intellectuals across the other parts of

Indian States has done a marvellous work and have no words for their ideas & services

provided to Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaah Sunni Hanafi Bareilvee Muslims of the Country from the

platform of Kanzuliman Foundation. May Allah accept their wise and sincere deeds. Subhan’Allah!

It was for the very first time for the people of Silliguri and nearby area that someone from

Khanwadah-e-Aala Hazrat came from Bareilly Sharif to their place and was also pleased with

Kanzuliman Foundation who planned to setup such an awaited Educational Centre like,

Islamic Library and Computer Education Centre open for all. The programme was a successful,

and the local Sunni Muslims of Silliguri were very happy to get an Islamic Environment,

Deeniyaat and Islamic Educational Centres etc.

During the inauguration programme of Kanzuliman Islamic Library and Computer Educational

Centre the renowned and distinguished Muslims from different organizations/NGOs, Social

Activists, Engineers, Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers, Professors, Industrialists, Businessmen,

Students, Government Officials, Police Personnel, Intelligence Bureau Officials along with the

learned Islamic scholars were present as attendees in the opening ceremony.

The planning and strategy were jointly initiated by myself and Moulana Mohammad Raza

Tehsini Sahab, the Imam and Principal of Madrasa Al Jamia Tur Quadria, Silliguri, keeping the

view of Silliguri Deeniyaat Environment and our work progress and services provided online

and offline; who along with his Ulema team and committee management members personally

visited our Kanzuliman Foundation Head Office Library at Bareilly, U.P. all-along from Silliguri

during the 40th Fatiha Shareef of Huzur Taj-al-Shariyah Hazrat Akhtar Raza Khan Quadri

(Alaihi’rahma) and stayed at guest house of Janab Amir Tehsini sahab’s residence at Bareilly

Sharif. The entire team’s food and accommodation were arranged by Er. Amir Tehsini, his

father, family and Allama Rizwan Mansoori Sahab who was available all the time with the

guests. Alhumdulillah! Our silliguri team expressed their thanks, gratitude and appreciation

for the kind deeds exiled by Er. Amir Tehsini and his family for their stay at Bareilly Sharif.

After a return from our Head Office Branch, Bareilly Sharif and getting satisfaction and

positive response from our Bareilly Team, the committee members at Madrasah Al Jamia Tur

Quadria, society Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat, Silliguri finally allowed us to setup our branch at

Silliguri with terms and conditions after a long wait of 11months, as the space provided by

them was under construction stage.

Hence, finally according to our planning to expand Kanzuliman Foundation far and wide, a

new branch setup was initiated, for which I took a 10-days leave from my office and travelled

from New Delhi to Bagdogra–Silliguri, were I stayed here in said Madrasah and started

arrangement for the entire setup of the library & computer lab.

Alhumdulillah, it was all due to my father’s good relationship & deeds towards society,

De’en-ul-Islam and love, respect towards Rasool Al’laah (Sallallahu’Alaihi’Wa’Sallam), wherein his

friends and colleagues helped lot in the entire branch setup at Silliguri. The committee

members were his social activists, who provided us an independent room at 1st Floor of newly

constructed Madrasah building for Kanzuliman Islamic Library and Computer IT Lab setup. On

dated 13.10.18 had received 33nos. of books send by Er. Amir Bhai from Head office, Bareilly

Here in the Madrasah at Al Jamia Tur Quadria, there are about 23 students who are

studying the Hifz-ul-Qura’an and after their regular studies, one hour daily classes of

computer education has being taught to them, apart from these, a 24hour Library is open for

them to study and gain knowledge. Not only the Madarish students but also the Imams,

Ulemas, Islamic Scholars of different Masajids, Madrasas from around Silliguri are enrolled

into computer education daily after Isha Salah.

Not only Taleem, Ilm & Razawiyaat; but we at Kanzuliman Foundation and our team at

Silliguri has also added Tarbiyat, Tehzeeb along with Taleem and weekly on every Thursday

evening after Maghrib Salah; a 30–45 minute classes on Tasawwuf, Zikr-e-Elahi and Dars-e-

Se’erah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu’Alaihi’Wa’Sallam) has been initiated under

the spiritual guidance and supervision of Ulema Hazrat Mohammad Raza Tehsini Sahab, Mufti

Hasan Raza Noori Sahab, Hafiz-wa-Qa’ari Janab Muzaffar Raza Razavi Sahab, Hafiz Janab

Mohammad Muzzammil Sahab and Allama Rizwan Mansoori Sahab.

We are getting a good response and appreciation from the majority of Muslims at

Silliguri on such kind of Initiative from the platform of Kanzuliman Foundation, which was

never initiated from any other organizations/Tanzeem to date. The 10–Points Plan of

A’lahazrat (Alaihi’rahma) is being admired by the people of the areas and many members from

far and near are adding and joining us. Alhumdulillah!

In view of our last six months efforts and sincerely dedicated team work under the

guidance of Ulemas and admired help and support of the entire designated members of

Society Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat at Champasari, the appreciated performance has been

successfully delivered from Kanzuliman Foundation, Subhan’ Al’laah, Ma Shaa Al’laah!

May Allah Azzawajal accept the entire team’s honest and sincere efforts and deeds; whosoever

associated with Kanzuliman Foundation. Aameen!
