e are happy to present our 2014 Yearbook which introduces our International MBA students who are pursuing their degree at FIA Business School.
The FIA MBA follows rigorous international standards, and is accredited by AMBA - The Association of MBAs, based in London, England. It builds on a tradition of excellence created by our International Executive MBA since 1993, which is consistently ranked among the top 100 since 2004, and attended by one of the most experienced student bodies in the world, according to the Financial Times Rankings.
Our current International MBA students build on this experience, working with the same faculty and cases in a diverse group, where approximately 56 students come from countries besides Brazil, including, Belgium, Colombia, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the UK, etc. It is a dynamic, enterprising, hardworking and creative group, who answered to the challenge of studying in a far and nontraditional part of the world.
This class is well experienced, with an average of 10 years of work in a wide range of industries and countries. In this program they have exposure to the most modern management theories, with practical sessions presented by industry executives, and lectures by top faculty from FIA and our partner universities in the USA, Europe and Asia. We are confident that this program contributes significantly to the development of managers who will move forward and employ their skills to make an excellent contribution to the companies and organizations in which they will go on to work.
This is an excellent group in which to find new and valuable talent for your organization, so please feel free to contact me or to get in touch directly with any of our prospective graduates in this class. Yours sincerely,

FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração is a non-profit foundation created in 1980 by the Business Administration faculty of the University of São Paulo (USP), focusing on graduate education and extension activities.
Conducting research in the most diverse areas of business, FIA Business School pioneered accredited Executive MBA programs in Brazil, becoming one of Latin America’s top ranked business schools and has been considered one of the best executive MBAs in the world by the British “Financial Times”. Over 5.000 executives have graduated from FIA, most of them with outstanding job placements. And as the world of business is all about results, FIA Business School is focused on bringing out its students’ capacity for critical reasoning as well as enhancing their knowledge and leadership skills for an increasingly competitive market.
In executive programs, FIA Business School is always among the top in rankings. And it couldn’t be any different. Internationally accredited by AMBA – The Association of MBAs, with its headquarters in the United Kingdom – England, and with pertinent local accreditation by MEC (Ministry of Education), the school has been considered, for three consecutive years, “Brazil’s best business school” by Você SA, one of the country’s highly regarded business publications and figures among the best of its kind in the important “Financial Times Executive MBA Ranking”.
