Assessment Each unit is assessed for particular

skills in either reading or writing.

Students will have a chance to develop these skills throughout a unit of work with feedback and targets from their teacher.

This will help them to know how to succeed in the end-of-unit assessment.

Each assessment will be given a sub-level and will be stored in a KS3 assessment folder as a record of your child’s progress through Years 7-9.
