How do staff benefit?• They can learn about Christian values and
practices to enhance their future teaching. • They benefit from seeing specialist
practitioners deliver lessons that inspire and engage.
• They have the chance to take part in discussions and activities with their children while the lead facilitator takes responsibility for the main learning outcomes.
• They can build relationships with members of the local community.
How do children benefit?
• Learning is brought to life. Children get to experience learning in real life contexts.
• Children have the opportunity to ask questions and explore ideas that perhaps their teacher wouldn’t feel confident discussing or have the time to dedicate learning to.
• Children get to learn outside the classroom!• Children benefit from learning from an adult
with a different personality/ teaching style. • They can build relationships with members
of the local community.
