DNC MEMBER, PR NATIONAL COMMITTEEMAN, FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE, HON.

Section 1 The Young Democrats Hispanic Caucus hereby finds,determines and declares as follows:

Whereas, The Young Democrats of America preamble expresses as its purpose

the stimulation in young people of an active interest in governmental affairs

and promote their involvement in the political process, to promote the

acuisition of political power by young people, to promote the policies and

practices which are consistent with the highest principles, to increase the

efficiency of popular government and to provide the highest degree of !ustice

and social welfare for the citi"ens of our country#

Whereas, As an elected official of the Democratic $ational Committee you

have contributed to fulfill our organi"ation%s mission and vision by leading by

example and encouraging future generations to do the same, issue advocacy,

activism, and most notably, serving as our &arty Delegate in the Democratic
