Profilul companiei

Biroul de proiectare YCHO INTERIORS a fost înfiintat in 2012 de catre Claudiu si Ana-Maria Popa, arhitecti de interior diplomati, absolventi ai Universitatii de Arhitectura si Urbanism Ion Mincu din Bucuresti.

Arh. Claudiu Popa, absolvent al promotiei 2008, a lucrat ca designer si arhitect proiectant in cadrul firmelor Syntesis Structures srl. (constructii hidrotehnice), Ransalt Impex Arhitectura srl. si Dacomex Trade srl.- consultanta si proiectare complexa, si a avut o serie de colaborari cu birouri individuale de arhitectura (Domus Design, AS Forma, Valdesign 1991, Criba Design). In activitatea profesionala, am realizat colaborari cu firme din Germania (Interarch Consulting – Hamburg – proiectarea hotelului si restaurantului Yesterday din Bucuresti – Cerna Tursim srl.), Grecia- Abacus Telcon (reconfigurarea birourilor centrale Vodafone Romania) si Italia prin C.O.I.S. (amenajari ambientale si urbanism in regiunea Parma si Piacenza) si StudioZingaretti (Licitatii pentru realizare de cladiri de spital – Bucuresti Colentina si Kurdistan). Preocuparea principala a fost optimizarea proiectelor si realizarea unor anvelopante cu valoare estetica. Din 2011 am inceput activitatea freelance, abordând teme de amenajari rezidentiale si comerciale pentru clienti privati, totodata continuînd colaborarile externe.

Arh. Ana-Maria Popa, licentiata in arhitectura de interior din 2010 a colaborat in calitate de consultant designer la o gama diversa de proiecte de amenajari printre care se numara Centrul de Hipism Saftica (obiectul proiectului de diploma), Discoteca Cris din Sinaia, proiecte rezidentiale – extinderi locuinte, renovari si conversie apartamente si din 2011 conduce departamentul de proiectare din cadrul Delta Design – Delta Studio, companie specializata în amenajari de interior. Intr-o continua perfectionare, Ana Maria (Amy) a participat la cursuri de marketing, media si project management (Cannes-Lions, Hulsta Studio, Schultz Consulting) , abordînd latura organizatorica a proiectelor realizate de Ycho Interiors.

Membrii fondatori au o experienta de 5 ani în domeniile de proiectare conceptuala, vizualizari de arhitectura si amenajari de interior. Colaboratorii nostrii acopera domeniile asociate proiectarii de arhitectura pentru a realiza documentatii complete si a duce pina la final ideile discutate cu clientii. Cele mai importante aspecte pentru noi sunt comunicarea cu clientii, competenta profesionala si integritatea unui concept determinant in proiectele pe care le realizam.

The YCHO INTERIORS design office was established in 2012 by Claudiu and Ana-Maria Popa, interior architects, graduates of the University of Architecture and Urbanism Ion Mincu in Bucharest.

Claudiu Popa dipl. architect, graduate of the class 2008, worked as a designer and project architect in the firms Syntesis Structures Ltd.. (Hydraulic engineering), Ransalt Impex srl Architecture. and Dacomex Trade srl. - consultancy and complex design, and had a series of collaborations with individual offices of architecture (Domus Design, AS Forma, Valdesign 1991, Criba Design). During this time, I realized partnerships with companies from Germany (Interarch Consulting - Hamburg - Hotel and restaurant design Yesterday in Bucharest - Cerna Turism srl.), Greece - Abacus Telcon (reconfiguration of the central offices for Vodafone Romania) and Italy by C.O.I.S. (Environmental design and planning in the region of Parma and Piacenza) and StudioZingaretti (Auctions for hospital building projects - Bucharest Colentina and Kurdistan). The main focus was to optimize architectural solutions and the development of aesthetic value. Since 2011 I started freelance work, addressing residential and commercial arrangements for private clients, while continuing external collaborations.

Ana-Maria Popa architect, interior designer licensed in 2010 has worked as a consultant to a wide range of designer development projects including the Saftica Equestrian Center (object of her diploma project) Disco Cris Sinaia, residential developments - house extensions, renovations and apartment conversions. Of 2011 she leads the design department for Delta Design - Delta Studio, a company specializing in interior furnishings. In continuous improvement, Ana Maria (Amy) participated in training courses for marketing, media and project management (Cannes Lions, Hulsta Studio, Schultz Consulting), addressing the organizational side of the Ycho Interiors projects.

The founding members have 5 years experience in the areas of conceptual design, architectural views and interior decoration. Our collaborators cover fields associated with architectural design to achieve full technical documentations and help bring the ideas discussed with our customers tot life.The most important issues for us are communication with customers, professional competence and the conceptual integrity in projects the that we carry.

2013- Negresco Apartments – Bucharest In the old city center, right next to the historical Carul cu Bere venue, the Negresco Apartments will reflect the tradition and spirit of the times. Configured as a 5 star accommodation, the negresco apartments are decorated with sculpted wood panels, decorative registers and wall gilded profiles, beautiful classic lighting and furniture, as well as premium quality flooring and wallpaper.

2012- Spa/ Wellnes Center – Bucharest The luxury spa center was designed for a wellness club, and it has the benefit of great natural lighting. The furniture and decorative elements were chosen to represent a classic and stylish design and to enrich the experience. Natural fabrics and leather, combined with hardwood floors and sculpted furniture details complete this elegant interior.

2013- Chitila single family home – Bucharest A complex project that involves a two story home in the Chitila village, with modern design elements and fashion accessories, the home has a distinctive look, with bright welcoming colors and smooth textures. Special design elements were incorporated such as photo-wallpaper, custom built furniture, a recessed metallic fireplace and designer made accessories. The home is still under construction, and finishings will begin this summer.

2012- Colentina Hospital Surgery Wing An auction project for the construction of a new general hospital, the building was designed by the Zingaretti studio in Bologna, specialized in medical facilities. The 3d model study determined the facade typology, the colors and materials included in the final offer. The volumes are specific to the function, and the plans have been optimized for an ideal ratio of cost to usability.

2012- Local hospital – Maternity wing – auction project The gara russia project is a proposal for the expansion and construction of a hospital wing. The concept is of a symmetrical divergent pair of volumes, that join together in a central atrium of cylindrical shape. The main buildings are connected via crossings to a large two story structure, housing the research labs and equipment. Special attention was given to the way the facade is perceived from the ground level, and also to it’s specific geometry.

2013- Auction for a Sanitarium in KurdistanThe project was requested by a state office, and the requirements were to expand and develop an existing structure, an changing it’s aspect to a more colorful facade. Using structural funds, the design office proposed sport fields and exterior dependencies to enhance the appeal of the sanitarium and research buildings.

2010- SEB Offices – Bucharest A project for re-facing of the large and small conference rooms in the seb professional training center in bucharest. According to their purpose, the conference rooms were designed as class rooms, with multiple configuration options, and board rooms for the upper management briefings. Quality materials and modern interior finishings complete the look of the spaces.

2010-2012 – Yesterday Restaurant – Bucharest A unique restaurant near the polytechnic university, yesterday is a place designed with historical elements, to represent much beloved times of the 1930 period, when the city was is full development. The furniture, lighting and decorations were fabricated by craftsmen for this project only, and all the details are extremely refined. The double ramp staircase made from metal plates and hardwood was added to the space to facilitate access to the second level.

2012- Antik Batik store, Feeria Mall, Bucharest Originally dubbed Stephanie Boutique, the shop is located at the first floor in the Baneasa Feeria mall. It was designed as a tailor made fashion store, with high quality details taken from the world of textiles. Natural materials and warm interior elements benefit the feeling of coziness, for a distinctive look, different from the usual retail store arrangements found in the mall.
