The situation of L'viv on the crossing f the trade roads from Eastern Europe to Western and from North to South, from Baltic Sea to Black Sea is very favorable for the development of the trade between the neighbouring countries, such as: Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Russia (Kaliningrad), Lithuania, Byelorussia.

The transport network of L'viv Oblast is well

developed. 6 main trunk-railways, 5

motorways cross the Oblast territory.

Sknyliv airport in L'viv, Cherlyany airport in

Gorodok and L'viv-2 in Stryj can receive even

cargos as well.

L'viv is an administrative, economic and cultural center of L'viv Oblast. The city is the biggest junction of the rail and motor ways.
