The bride, given in marriage by her father, was gowned in a ballerina length dress of ice blue net over taffeta with veil, and she carried a colonial bouquet of white gardenias with pink rose center and yellow satin ribbon streamers. She was attended by her sister. Mrs. Ardis Sterzlck as matron of honor, wearing a gown similar to that of the bride, in rose net over taffeta. Her other tendants were Lucille Grlndle and Anna Wllczewski with sim- ilar dresses of blue and yellow re- spectively and carrying colonial bouquets of gladiolus of colors appropriate to their gowns. Mona Jean McCaul, niece ol the bride. Gross. Joe Jager. Chauncey Boyce and Donald McCaul seated the guests. Mrs. McCaul chose lor her daughter's wedding a beige gown ol taffeta with red accessories and Mrs. Barkley wore a gray summer suit with black accessor- ies. Both mothers' corsages were of red roses. Mrs. Alfred L. Fau lkner , 38, of Ada, suffered a hip In jury and her husband. 38. incurred head and foot injur ies w h e n their car s t ruck and killed a 125-pound buck deer Fr iday morning, Sept. •1th. Both were t rea ted in St. Mary 's hospital and released.

Deputies said the car, driven by Faulkner , broke over the crest of a hill th ree miles west of Ada, s t ruck the deer, then skidded into a utility pole, causing heavy dam-age to the car .

V2 cup Shortening

1 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

I cup Mashed Ripe Bananas

I teaspoon Lemon Juice

2 cups Sifted Enriched KING'S FLAKE FLOUR

3 teaspoons Baking Powder

V2 teaspoon Salt

I cup Nut Meats, chopped

Cream shortening and sugar together. Beat eggs until light and

add. Press bananas through sieve and add lemon juice. Blend

with creamed mixture. Sift flour, baking powder a n d salt to-

gether and mix quickly into banana mixture. Add nuts. Bake in

greased loaf pan in moderate oven (375° F.) about IVA hours.

Makes I I -Ib. loaf.
