THE WORK OF THE MEETING

The Meeting offers plenary sessions and sessions by departments. The time and venue of sessions will be in keeping with the schedule provided in this Programme.

OFFICE

From 12 December 2019 and during the 32nd Meeting, the reception desk of the Kopaonik School of Natural Law and the Office of the Executive Organiser will be open from 9am to 7pm. The Office will be clearly marked at the entrance to Grand Hotel.The Office is the point for registration and collection of work materials.Everyone is required to register for participation in the 32nd Meeting of the Kopaonik School of Natural Law at the Office.

ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATION OF PARTICIPANTS

Participants with a confirmed reservation will check in at the reception desk of the selected hotel.Any additional or contentious requests shall be dealt with solely by the Meeting Office.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

At the time of the registration, the participants will receive accreditation – the badge. ADMISSION TO CONFERENCE FACILITIES AND PARTICIPATION IN THE WORK OF THE 32ND MEETING OF THE KOPAONIK SCHOOL WILL BE BY BADGE ONLY.

All participants are asked to wear their badges visibly while inside the Meeting premises.

Participants are timely notified of this requirement, so as to avoid any misunderstandings that may negatively impact the organisation of the Meeting.

ing;7. Certificate of Attendance in the 32nd Meeting issued by

Kopaonik School.

Registration Fee Payment

1. The fee is paid after registration application has been sub-mitted to the Kopaonik School, either by e-mail addressed to: [email protected] or by post or delivered in person to: Kopaonik School of Natural Law – Slobodan Perović, 74 Krunska, 11111 Belgrade. Upon receipt of the application, Organiser shall issue a pro-forma invoice valid for seven days. If the payment is not made within seven days upon issue of the pro-forma invoice, the application shall be automatically deleted from the Organiser’s data base. The payment of fee shall be made to the account of the Kopaonik School of Natural Law – Slobodan Perović with NLB Bank, No 310 - 17481 - 53.

2. The registration fee payment can also be effected by pur-chasing, from Executive Organiser, MK Mountain Re-sort, a package deal which includes five nights with half board per person and the registration fee, as indicated below.

General Terms

Participation in the conference may be cancelled in writing no later than seven days prior to the event. After this time, no cancellations will be eligible for a refund. Name changes are permitted until the opening of the event, subject to a prior notice to Organiser in writing. In case of no show without any prior notice to Organiser, the registrant will be deemed to have agreed to pay full registration fee.

The Kopaonik School does not assume any responsibility for any collection of the registration fee for the 32nd Meeting by any tourist agency and/or any other party not explicitly authorised to do so by the Kopaonik School and specified as such on the School’s official Website and in the School’s official Programme.

Please note that the Kopaonik School is not a tourist agency and does not provide services in tourism. The Kopaonik School does not accept any responsibility for hotel accommodation of the participants beyond the accommodation provided by Executive Organiser of the 32nd Meeting.
