X522 Enterprise Coaching Process
Purpose Coaching is a process of helping students pause, take stock of the bridge they are attempting to cross, and figure out how to proceed – given the student’s abilities, interest, values, and time.
Process Each X522 student is required to do at least 2 informational interviews and will be encouraged to seek help from Kelley enterprise directors and other faculty with regards to their Professional Development Strategy.
