WHow it Works

When a client signs up for myWindermere and associates you as their preferred agent, you will get an e-mail initiating Client Collaboration with this client.

• From this point on, you have access to that client’s entire list of favorites and their comments on each one

• When the client saves a comment on their favorites list, you receive an immediate e-mail notification

• You become the primary listing agent on listings and AENs (automated email notifications)

Automatic Email Notifications – your client will see your email address in the “from” field instead of Windermere.com. They can quickly reply to you with a note or question.

RSS Feeds – If a client clicks a link of interest, the e-mail return address will have you listed as the primary agent.

WHow to Get Started

You can encourage your clients to use these great features by inviting them to collaborate with you.

Email an invitation to your client from your Contact Management System (CMS) by clicking on their name, and then clicking on “Online Collaboration.”

WInvite Clients to Collaborate

Next, click on “send invitation” and your client will receive an email asking them to select you as their primary agent on myWindermere.

Accessing Favorite Listings

To visit your client’s favorites, go to WORC > Contacts > Client. A Collaboration Manager screen will show a list of your associated clients. Click on a name for Client Favorites.

Replying to Comments

You have two options for replying to a listing comment.

Option #1)

Email your client back directly from the email notification you receive.

It will go to their email address, not their myWindermere account.

Inside the Client Detail Page, type a message.

Click save to post the response and save the log of communication.

Client Collaboration is a free service offered exclusively to Windermere agents and clients. Clients can sign up by creating a myWindermere account on Windermere.com and clicking on “my agent” tab.
