Goal: To implement a state outreach strategy in order to increase USTDA’s profile in key second tier markets
To obtain our goal, Public Affairs recommends developing a “3 Touch” outreach strategy:
• One: leverage USTDA-organized event (ie RTMs) as a catalyst for strengthening partnerships with the targeted cities / states.
• Two: participate in state- or local-organized trade show or event.
• Three: conduct roundtable with business community, designed to showcase opportunities with USTDA.
