The University of Stuttgart maintains 5 DAAD-funded exchange programs with universities in Canada and the US: International Study Abroad Programmes (ISAPs).
The outgoing students from Stuttgart participating in the ISAPs normally spend a whole academic year at one of the following partner universities:

German University in Cairo (GUC)
The University of Ulm and the University of Stuttgart are the sponsor universities of Germany’s largest education export project to date.
The private university offers study programs in Engineering and Natural Sciences. The courses are taught in English, and German is an additional compulsory subject.
