Description of Registration ProcessTurn in Money at Team Meetings or Bank Night using the accounting sheets
What is a Youth?Any participant (either on a youth team or otherwise) that is under the age of 18

What to Know
Each youth participant needs a completed youth waiver form in order to participate
For every 5 participants on a team, there needs to be 1 chaperone, who has filled out a chaperone agreement form

Wristbands are required for all youth participants in order to spend the night at Relay.

Cancer Prevention Study - 3
Enrollment Friday, June 21 from 5:30 – 9:30
We need your help to promote this life-changing study!
The Relay For Life will be enrolling people into CPS-3, a long-term study that will help
researchers better identify the lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors that cause
or prevent cancer.
