Howard has a long, proven track record of success in management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Howard boasts a strong background in manufacturing, retail, real estate, and entertainment, all of which have given him a wide range of business knowledge. A powerful negotiator and deal maker, Howard worked in management for Pioneer Industries of Seattle, Washington before embracing his first entrepreneurial venture in 2008, when he opened a clothing store in Charlotte, NC, called B Sharp Clothing. The success of this business venture, coupled with seeing his vision materialize, inspired Howard to continue in business and to pursue other ventures. Howard then started a music production company called B Sharp Entertainment in Charlotte, NC. On top of his clothing store and his entertainment business, Howard is also a successful real estate investor! Yet in all of his business activities, Howard is guided by a genuine desire to treat others with respect, a fact that is consistently reflected in his interactions with others.
