Introduction

This Dosage and Control Equipment Price List is for water treatment chemical suppliers wishing to offer comprehensive product packages to their customers.

It offers a wide range of Dosage and Control Equipment is to complement water treatment chemicals for industrial, commercial and swimming pool applications.

The intention is to simplify the provision of a complete water treatment package to enable you, as the water treatment supplier, to concentrate on what you do best – providing a total service to your customers.

A major part of the range of Dosage and Control Equipment offered is supplied by Pulsafeeder Standard Products Operation (SPO).

Dosage Pumps

The range of Dosage Pumps offered includes PULSAtron and PULSAtron Plus models.

PULSAtron pumps are stand-alone pumps offering a wide range of output, pressure and control options.

PULSAtron Plus is a unique family of products combining basic control functions into a PULSAtron Pump, eliminating the need for separate pieces of control equipment such as conductivity controlled bleed systems.

Available across a full range of pump capacity and pressure ratings, each member of the PULSAtron Plus family incorporates a variety of control features that target specific applications.

All PULSAtron and PULSAtron Plus pumps have a maximum stroking rate of 7500 strokes per hour (125 strokes/minute) which is important to remember when selecting impulse water meters for externally paced pumps.

Each pump is supplied with the following components:

• An injection/back pressure valve assembly

• A foot valve/strainer assembly

• A 3-way bleed valve assembly including 1 metre of return tubing (except high output models LMH8, LPH8, and LEH8).

• Discharge tubing (2 metres)

• Suction tubing (1 metre)

• Signal cord(s) – if relevant to model and/or range

• Installation and operation manual

Wet end materials available include glass-filled polypropylene (GFPPL), PVC, styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), Teflon - PTFE (TFE), Hypalon®, Viton®, ceramic, alloys, and 316SS.

The standard wet end material combination offered in the following pages will be suitable for the majority of water treatment chemicals. However, if there is any doubt, reference should be made to the Chemical Resistance Guide on page 14.

If oxidising chemicals such as chlorine, bromine, chlorine dioxide etc. are to be dosed, black tubing and dosage tanks are recommended. Also, the 5-way Degas valve can be an effective solution to overcome gassing problems when dosing such chemicals.

Ensure that the model chosen is suitable for the application with regard to:

• Electrical supply

• Pressure

• Output

• Temperature

If the temperature at the point of injection exceeds 60

oC, metal injection fittings and

delivery lines are required.

PULSAtron Pumps

APlus Pumps

The Series APlus

will be the pump used in the vast majority of applications. It is a well-proven, robust and reliable unit offering manual control over stroke length and stroke rate as standard.

Thus in practice, the pump will be actuated by a separate controller or by linking with another piece of equipment, e.g. a boiler feed pump or a cooling tower recirculating pump.

The Series E Plus

range is identical to the Series E range in terms of physical size, weight, number of models, output and pressure ranges.

However, the Series E Plus

range offers additional features:

• Clear hinged cover over controls for protection against water and dust ingress.

• *Optional External Pacing option with stop function which will turn off pump if a level switch is fitted to indicate low or no chemicals in tank.

• *Optional 4 to 20mA signal actuation with stop function. Auto/Off/Manual selection switch with indicator lights.

• Built in circuit protection with easy access panel mounted fuse.

MP Pumps

The Series MP is the top of the range group of pumps and is a true microprocessor controlled instrument for precise and accurate metering control.

The Series MP range is identical to the Series E Plus range in terms of physical size, weight,

number of models, output and pressure ranges.

However, the Series MP range offers additional features:

• Automatic control via 4-20mA or 20-4mA inputs or external pace with stop feature. “Stop” feature will turn off pump if a level switch is fitted to indicate low or no chemicals in tank.

• 16 character LCD display with support for English, French and German languages. (Language must be specified at time of order).

• Ability to multiply or divide impulses from a water meter to accommodate varying K factors

• Six button touch-pad control

• *Programmable Relay output

• Thermally protected solenoid

• Panel mounted circuit breaker

PULSAtron Plus Pumps

Series CW Pump Range

Series CW offers Conductivity Control with Water Meter Feed. Bleed is initiated when the conductivity level reaches the user-specified set point. Chemical feed is initiated and controlled by input from a water meter.

Each pump is supplied complete with a flow assembly housing a stainless steel conductivity sensor and a flow switch – both with 2.6 metres of cable.

Series CL Pump Range

Series CL offers Conductivity Control with Limit Timer.

The Series CL provides conductivity monitoring and control with a Limit Timer that controls the feed time.

Tower feed and bleed are initiated when the conductivity level reaches the user-specified set point. The programmable limit timer allows the operator to specify the maximum pumping time for the feed cycle.

Each pump is supplied with a flow assembly housing a stainless steel conductivity sensor and a flow switch – both complete with 2.6 metres of cable.

Series T7 Pump Range

Series T7 offers Feed Control with 7-Day Timer.

The Series T7 is designed to control the feeding of biocide or other product that must be fed on a timed schedule.

The Series T7 includes a 7-day programmable timer and clock with the ability to control up to 8 on/off cycles per day. Each timed event can be set to run any day of the week on a 7-day cycle. The feed cycle is initiated and controlled by the user programmable timer.

Series ET Pump Range

Series ET offers Feed Control with Water Meter Input.

The Series ET provides feed control with input from a water meter input. When the impulse count from the water meter reaches a set value (either 1 or 10), the pump starts. The pump will continue to run for an adjustable time period. The Series ET includes both input and output water meter connections at the front panel.

PULSAtron Pump Chemical Resistance Guide

Industrial Chemicals

The following pages are offered as a general guide and indication of the suitability of various elastomers and plastics in use today with a wide range of industrial chemicals.

The ratings are based, for the most part, on published literature of various polymer suppliers and rubber manufacturers but, in some cases, they are considered the opinion of experienced compounders.

We cannot guarantee their accuracy nor assume responsibility for use thereof.

Several factors must always be considered in using a rubber or plastic part in service. The most important, as we see them, are:

1. The Temperature of Service: Higher temperatures increase the effect of chemicals on polymers. The increase varies with the polymer and the chemical. A compound quite stable at room temperature might fail miserably at elevated temperature.

2. Conditions of Service: A compound that swells badly might still function well as a static seal yet fail in any dynamic application.

3. The Grade of Polymer: Many types of polymers are available in different grades that vary greatly in chemical resistance.

4. The Compound Itself: Compounds designed with certain outstanding properties may be poorer in performance with a chemical than one designed especially for fluid resistance.

Degassing Head Assembly

The Degassing Head Assembly is now a standard option available on the majority of PULSAtron pump ranges. It is an effective solution to the problems often encountered with the dosage of oxidising chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide.

The dosage of such chemicals can be difficult to achieve successfully due to problems associated with “gassing”.

Gassing arises when oxygen is liberated from the oxidising chemical. The oxygen usually collects in the wet end area of the dosage pump causing air locks, loss of prime and subsequently failure to dose the chemicals.

As the purpose of oxidising chemicals is very often to combat bacteriological contamination in potable and/or process waters such as cooling towers, the lack of such dosage can lead to serious consequences and – in extreme cases – contravention of legal requirements.

Certain precautions should always be taken to minimise gassing by protecting oxidising chemicals from sunlight as ultra violet light can cause degradation of the chemical and gassing in the pump head and lines. Always use black suction and delivery tubing.

Also consider the use of a black dosing tank as an option to the opaque carboy the chemical may be supplied in. The product should not be mixed with other chemicals.

Even with a black dosing tank and lines, gassing can still occur, especially in a hot environment such as a boiler house.

Wall Mounting Bracket

Wall Mounting Brackets enable any PULSAtron pump to be safely, securely and easily installed in a variety of environments.

Two stainless steel models are available, pre-drilled to accept all PULSAtron pumps.

A plastic version is also available.

Reed Capsule Switch

The Reed Capsule Switch enables one PULSAtron metering pump to transmit stroke signals to another externally paced pump, causing a corresponding stroke of the receiving pump.

This can considerably reduce costs and simplify installation.

Saddle Block Injector Adapter

The Saddle Block Injector Adapter saves time and effort by providing a simple means of installing the injection fitting into a feed line without gluing, tapping or installing a tee in the line.

Stainless Steel Injection Fitting

The majority of modern electronic metering pumps are supplied with plastic delivery lines and injection fittings which are suitable for many applications.

However, if chemical delivery is required into steam boiler or hot water systems, care must be taken to ensure that the temperature at the injection point does not exceed the maximum rating of the materials in use.

Typically, the maximum temperature rating for plastic injection fittings is 60oC and such

materials should not be employed in higher temperatures to avoid component damage or failure and potential chemical leakage and hazard.

Toroidal Probe

MicroVision uses a toroidal probe for conductivity measurement. The measurement is made by passing an AC current through a toroidal drive coil, which induces a current in the electrolyte solution (see diagram). This induced current in turn, induces a current in a second toroidal coil, called the pick-up toroid.

The amount of current induced in the pick-up toroid is proportional to the solution conductivity.

Installation

The standard controller is supplied with a temperature compensated toroidal conductivity probe which should be installed in a suitable location in the cooling tower system such that the water being monitored is representative of the whole system.

An installation point on the recirculation circuit is recommended to ensure thorough mixing of system water and any treatment chemicals along with an adequate flow of water at all times.

Flow Sensor Switch

The flow switch and tee assembly is available as an optional extra. If utilised, install the flow switch so that flow enters into the bottom of the flow switch tee, and out of the side of the tee. The flow switch must always be installed in a vertical position so that the sensor wire is coming out of the top, and the internal (red) flow shuttle is able to rise when there is flow and drop when there is no flow. The flow switch is activated when 3.8 litres/minute is going through it, and is deactivated when the flow drops below that figure.

PULSAtrol

The PULSAtrol range of Water Treatment Controllers covers a wide range of alternative control options. From simple timed control, through control of single, specific parameters such as pH or ORP (Redox) to complete management of boiler and cooling water systems with multi tasked control and remote communications and data logging facilities.

PULSAtrol controllers offer many features such as:

Four ranges of controllers are available:

• Series 9200 • Series 9300 • Series 9500 • Series 9600

There are also two “families” of controller:

The MC9000 Series of Cooling Tower Controllers offers the added advantage of being supplied with the Controller, all sensors and a flow switch assembly all mounted on a rigid polypropylene backboard.

This provides the simplest and most economic installation as the whole assembly is wall mounted, requiring just the electrical power supply and water sample to be completed.

Input and output device connections are via quick connect DIN style connectors, reducing the need for complicated on site electrical connections to be made.

The Controller Range

There are many different combinations of basic controller and options available. The following summaries detail standard units and these will satisfy the vast majority of applications. However, a wide choice of upgrade kits is available for most of the Controllers. Therefore please contact us if you feel your requirement is not met by any of the units specified on the following pages.

All controllers are multi voltage capable of operating on an input power supply of 90 to 250 VAC, @ 50/60 Hz, 100VA.

Selectable and Taggable Timers

Dependant on the model of controller, the timers employed will be either “Selectable” or “Taggable”.

Selectable Timers

Selectable Timers offer a choice of 4 different control modes, Limit, Pulse with Accumulator, Percent and Percent Post Blowdown. A separate 28 Day Timer is employed for biocide dosing.

Taggable Timers

Taggable Timers offer even more flexibility of control by adding a 28 Day Biocide Timer option along with all the control options of a Selectable Timer.

Chemical Feed Modes

The various Chemical Feed Modes are explained below.

1 1Bleed and Feed: when this timer is utilised, the associated output relay (typically an inhibitor

dosage pump) is actuated simultaneously with the bleed relay which is in turn controlled by the conductivity reading. In this mode the Bleed and Feed Timer relay will operate for the same period as the bleed is actuated. Alternatively, actuation will continue as dictated by the Bleed Limit Timer.

The Bleed Limit Timer limits the length of time that bleed can occur. Even if the Conductivity reading is still high, the Bleed Limit Timer will override the situation and stop the bleed actuation - and hence the Bleed and Feed actuation. This safeguards against excessive bleed (and dosage in the Bleed and Feed Mode) which may occur if there is a malfunction. For example should blockage occur in the blowdown line, or the conductivity sensor fail. The Bleed Limit Timer can be set for any period up to 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.

2 1Percent Post Bleed: this timer is

adjustable in one percent increments up to 100% of the bleed time. The timer keeps track of the total bleed time and activates the inhibitor metering pump when the bleed deactivates for the percent of the total blowdown time set. 1 Bleed and Feed and Percent Post

Bleed are sub-modes of conductivity measurement and therefore cannot be used in the timer only mode of operation.

3 Percent: also referred to as a cycle timer. This timer runs continuously on an adjustable time cycle, such as ten minutes, with the output being activated for an adjustable percentage of the time cycle. The timer is adjustable in increments up to 100% and the cycle time is adjustable from 0 to 23 hours, 59

minutes, 59 seconds.

4 Pulse Mode: also referred to as water meter or reset timer. This timer is the one normally used to control inhibitor dosing and accepts pulses from a hall effect or contacting head water meter to actuate the inhibitor metering pump.

5 28 Day: this timer has a wide variety of timed actuations and incorporates bleed lockout and pre-bleed. This provides the ability to dose a biocide via the following options.

• Weekly On/Off each day of the week, Every Week, Every 2nd

Week, Every 3rd

Week or Every 4

th Week

• Daily Every day, every 2days, up to every 14 days

◊◊◊◊ Lockout Timer: to ensure biocides are allowed their optimum contact time, bleed can be prevented from occurring for an adjustable period after biocide dosage has ceased. The Lockout Timer inhibits all system outputs, except the one chosen for this tier, from activating for an adjustable time period.

◊◊◊◊ Prebleed: the Prebleed function of this timer allows for the user to prebleed in advance of the bleed lockout. This is to reduce the possibility of scaling due to increased levels of conductivity occurring during the bleed lockout period. PULSAworks

The PULSAworks software package offers a unique capability providing complete system management with full accountability either locally via a serial line connection or remotely via modem connection and telephone lines.

It should be noted that a PC enabled with a compatible modem is required as an extra item. The installation of a suitable separate analogue phone line is normally a site responsibility. Digital phone lines through a switchboard are not normally compatible.

The software enables the Controller to be used as a complete Management Control System rather than simply for Water Treatment Control. The incorporation of PULSAworks transforms the Controller into a data logger. It is possible to present the data recorded in tabular or graphical form.

When connection is via a modem, a Call Back facility enables instant notification of an alarm status to be communicated to an on-line PC. A typical application is instant notification of when a site chemical tank needs replenishing.

Remote servicing enables any essential adjustments to the treatment regime to be completed as soon as it becomes necessary.

• All measured values can be logged along with the status of all the control relays. There is also a Data Collection Facility (9500 and 9600 Series Controllers only). This enables up to 10 additional parameters to be logged manually. For example site analysis results can be entered and then presented in tabular or graphical form along with all the measured data.

• The PULSAworks software package includes a Statistical Process Control (SPC) facility whereby all logged parameters can be analysed statistically to derive “Average”, “Range” and “Standard Deviation” values.

• An Excel™ macro is incorporated enabling all logged parameters to be easily exported to Microsoft Excel™ if this is the preferred method of analysis.

• 9500 and 9600 Series Controllers are also capable of supporting up to four 4 to 20 mA programmable inputs and up to four 4 to 20 mA programmable outputs. Thus any instrumentation that offers a 4 to 20 mA output can be connected to the Controller. Examples are Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Corrosion meters. The output from such instruments can be connected to the Controller and the values logged, presented in tabular or graphical form and linked to the Controller 4 to 20 mA outputs. Examples of how this can be used include the measurement of condenser inlet and outlet pressures to ensure no tube fouling is occurring. Also, dosage of boiler oxygen scavenger can be linked proportionately to feed water flow and temperature.

On 9500 and 9600 Series units the actual Controller facia can be reproduced on the PC

allowing remote diagnosis and servicing to be undertaken.

• Alarms logged are:

• high alarm point for pH and Redox

• low alarm point for pH and Redox

• high conductivity alarm set point

• low conductivity alarm set point

• Limit timer settings reached for pH, Redox or inhibitor pump

• no flow condition through flow assembly

• All variables (timer settings etc.) and set points can be altered locally or via the PC with the exception of probe calibration

• The user can programme the controller to log parameters at adjustable intervals from between every 1 minute to every 120 minutes increasing in intervals of 1 minute

• There are 372 data points. Using the 1-minute interval will give six hours of data. Using the 120-minute interval will give about 30 days of data.

• When the memory becomes full, new data displaces old data, which is then lost. To prevent this happening it is necessary to download the data to a Laptop or PC either locally via a serial connection or remotely via a modem and phone line. Downloading copies the data to the computer hard disk, it does not remove the data from the Controller.

• The PC can initiate the phone call automatically on a timed basis or it can be done manually by the user. If automatically, the PC will download data and then disconnect. It will support up to 32 controllers.

• The software is in “Windows” form, compatible with most versions of Microsoft WINDOWS�.

• PC requirements are:

• A 486, or greater, IBM PC compatible computer

• Minimum 8 Mb RAM

• Minimum 10 Mb free space on your hard disk

• One 3.5” disk drive

• Monitor (minimum VGA)

• For Direct connect, use of any serial port with dedicated IRQ: COM1 through COM4.

• For modem connection, 2400 baud (or higher) 100% Hayes compatible modem on a serial port with dedicated IRQ: COM1 through COM4.

9500 and 9600 Series Controllers include the Data Collection facility illustrated here.

This enables up to 10 parameters to be logged manually by the Controller: i.e. the relevant values can be logged locally via the Controller keypad or remotely via the PULSAworks software.

This widens the scope of the Controller from just water treatment to that of complete system management.

Data is actually logged at the history interval, every 120 minutes in this illustration. However, values are monitored throughout the whole period and the Average, Maximum and Minimum values detailed.

Routine service reports can be backed up by graphical representation of all system parameters.

Each graph can be customised to show sensor readings and any associated relay output along with any information associated with the Data Collection facility.

By use of the zoom facility any section of the graph can be enlarged and studied in greater detail.

The X-axis is date and time stamped to provide complete accountability.

Dosage Tanks and Bunds

A range of Dosing Tanks and bunds manufactured from medium density polyethylene suitable for internal storage of a wide variety of chemical products, as part of an automatic dosing and control system.

Dosage tanks are available in 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 litre sizes.

They can be supplied in either natural (translucent) or black.

For ease of chemical addition a large filler hole with lid is provided and suitable storage of concentrated, diluted or mixed (to supplier’s instructions) products can be achieved.

All tanks are graduated to facilitate monitoring of chemical usage. Metering pumps can be mounted on the top surface of the dosage tanks with suitable fixings (not supplied).

Dosage tanks should always be located in a suitable bund to ensure that any spillage of chemical is contained within a safe area.

Standard bunds are circular in shape and available in natural (translucent). They are designed to contain the nominal capacity of all the standard dosage tanks, i.e. 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 litre sizes.

All the tanks are for general purpose in an internal environment, protected from freezing conditions. The choice of tank is determined by the storage volume required.

Black tanks are intended for use with oxidising chemicals such as chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide solutions or other products which suffer degradation by UV light.

Health & Safety

It is a legal duty to comply with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations relating to the mixing and handling of chemicals.

The contents of all dosing tanks should be clearly identified and Product Safety Information Sheets and Dosage Instructions should be displayed at the point of use.

IN PARTICULAR THE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE OBSERVED BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO USE ANY CHEMICAL.

Water Meters

A range of hot and cold rated multi-jet water meters is available in two categories.

• Non Pulsed: to measure the throughput of water and enable readings to be logged as required. A reading of the total volume is available in m

3 and litres.

• Pulsed: used as part of Dosage Control Systems or directly with PULSAtron externally paced pumps. The “K” factor of the water meter specifies the volume of water passing through the meter between pulses. These meters also give the same volumetric readings as the non-pulsed units. The K factors for the different sizes of meter are specified in the table below. If alternative K factors are required, please contact us.

Water Meter Sizing

Each size water meter has a typical measuring range. If the meter selected is subjected to flows outside of this range, it will not provide accurate readings or pulses.

Flow rates are characterised by

• Nominal Flow Rate : Qn

• Maximum Flow Rate : Qmax

• Minimum Flow Rate : Qmin

• Transitional Flow Rate : Qt

Any flow below Qmin will be inaccurately measured, even if the meter total increases or pulses are transmitted.

Measuring accuracy between Qmin and Qt is ±5%.

The optimum accuracy is ±2% which is achieved between Qt and Qmax.

However, head losses can increase the inaccuracy between Qn and Qmax.

Qmax should only be a maximum flow rate which occurs between 5 to 10% of operation, i.e. 3 to 6 minutes per hour. Running a meter at Qmax for longer periods than this will result in premature wear and reduced operating life.

Thus match the actual flow rate as near as possible to Qn.

Never select a meter on pipe size only.

Dosing pots are used to feed liquid chemicals such as corrosion inhibitors into closed systems.

Ten sizes are available ranging from 3.5 to 25 litre capacity at working pressures ranging from 8 to 14 bar.

Each unit consists of a mild steel vessel with:

• air release valve

Double Walled Dosage Line Tubing

In some locations or applications, chemical leakage just cannot be contemplated at any time. Typically, when a dosage line goes through a highly sensitive process area or through a false ceiling over a highly populated commercial or retail area for example.

For applications such as these, double walled tubing is available so that if the inner tubing does fail, the leak is contained within the outer tubing and transported to a less sensitive area.

MC9000 Series Cables

MC9000 Series units have quick connect sockets for many of the input/output devices. To connect to these sockets, cables with the relevant connectors need to be used. Some of these cables are supplied as standard. However, certain cables for the PULSAtrol 9000 Series need to be ordered separately to ensure you only use the cables required for your specific application and that these cables are of the correct length.

Cables supplied as standard with the controller and flow assembly mounted on the backboard are:

• Sensor cables. All sensor cables are cut to the length required for installation into the provided flow assembly. If you order a dual system, the sensor that comes with the second flow assembly will be cut to 3 metres length.

• Flow Switch cables. All flow switch cables are cut to length required for installation into the provided flow assembly. If you order a dual system, the sensor that comes with the second flow assembly will be cut to 3 metres length.

• Communications cables. If the communications option is included, a 3 metre cable with a DIN connection on one end for plugging into the controller and a standard RJ-45 connection on the other end is supplied. If the communications option includes the modem, an RJ-45 to RJ-11 adaptor is supplied for connecting into a standard telephone jack.

Optional cables required to be ordered separately are detailed below. In the absence of these cables, the relevant input/output connection can be made direct to the relevant terminal strip within the controller.

• Levels – All four drum level inputs are available from a single DIN on the controller. When you order a cable for levels, one end is terminated with the mating DIN for connecting to the controller. The cable is 8-conductor twisted pair. The other end of the cable is terminated with 4 dual-pin Molex connectors, one set for each of the four drum levels.

• Water Meters – All water meters inputs are available from a single DIN on the controller. When you order a cable for water meters, one end is terminated with the mating DIN for connecting to the controller. The cable is 8-conductor twisted pair. The other end of the cable has no terminals. Colour-coded stripped leads are available for wiring to your specific water meter.

• Analogue (4-20mA) Inputs – All 4-20 mA inputs are available from a single DIN on the controller. When you order a cable for 4- 20mA inputs, one end is terminated with the mating DIN for connecting to the controller. The cable is 8-conductor twisted pair. The other end of the cable has no terminals. Colour-coded stripped leads are available for wiring to your analogue output device.

• Analogue (4-20mA) Outputs – All 4-20 mA outputs are available from a single DIN on the controller. When you order a cable for 4-20mA outputs, one end is terminated with the mating DIN for connecting to the controller. The cable is 8-conductor twisted pair. The other end of the cable has no terminals. Colour-coded stripped leads are available for wiring to your analogue output device.

• Volt-free contact Alarm – All volt-free contact alarm outputs are available from a single DIN on the controller. When you order cable for volt-free contact alarms, one end is terminated with the mating DIN for connecting to the controller. The cable is 8-conductor twisted pair. The other end of the cable has no terminals. Colour-coded stripped leads are available for wiring to your alarm input.

• Extension cables for single point drum levels – drum level wands come with 1 metre of cable terminated with a two-pin Molex receptacle that mates to one of the four drum level outputs on the level cable coming from the controller. If you need to extend the length of a single point drum level, an extension cable is available up to the maximum distance allowed for correct operation. The cable will be supplied with a 2-pin Molex receptacle on one end and a 2-pin Molex plug on the other.

Terms and Conditions

This Price List is intended for use by Water Treatment Suppliers or re-sellers.

Water Treatment Products Limited will endeavour to supply through water treatment companies and nominated stockists.

List Price

All prices detailed in this Price List are recommended list prices to be quoted to end users by Water Treatment Suppliers. Prices are current at time of issue of this Price List, but we reserve the right to vary them without notice.

Minimum Order Value

For non-account customers, the minimum value for any single equipment order is £50.00 excluding VAT.

Lead Time

Stock items are normally despatched the same day by overnight delivery.

Non-stock items can be subject to a lead time of up to 14 to 21 working days. Whilst we will always endeavour to improve on such lead times, please phone us for urgent requirements.

Carriage Costs

All UK mainland deliveries are subject to the following carriage costs.

• Small packages, e.g. single pumps: £13.95

• Above 20kg £20.85

• Above 30kg £27.75

Charges to non UK mainland delivery addresses will be quoted separately at time of order.

Warranty

All items are guaranteed against defects in manufacture for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch, provided the equipment has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Delivery Problems

All consignments should be inspected for damage or shortage at time of delivery. Any problems must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery to enable us to make any recompense.

Service

WTP Limited is able to offer a very comprehensive technical support package in the form of operating and installation manuals and technical literature, either in hard copy or via our web site.

However, the prices quoted in this Price List do not include any element for on-site service, commissioning or installation by WTP Limited.

WTP Limited will always endeavour to offer any level of technical support requested, but reserves the right to charge for any on site assistance should it be necessary.

Equipment Failures

In the unlikely event equipment failure due to a manufacturing or component defect, WTP Limited will, on receipt of a new order number, despatch a replacement component.

• If the failed component is returned to WTP within 30 days a full credit will be issued.

• If the failed component is not returned, or if no fault can be found, no credit will be issued.

VAT

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the appropriate rate on the total order value at the time of invoice.

Payment

• Existing WTP Limited accounts – net cash 30 days from date of invoice, subject to credit cleared status.

• Non WTP Limited Accounts – pro forma or net cash 30 days from date of invoice subject to establishment of normal trading account.
