1) Connection methods

A. Connect the fingerprint lock directly to PC. (Intersecting line)

B. Connect the fingerprint lock to HUB or to SWITCH. (Network line)

Note: You could choose the BAATERY or the PERMANENT power!

3. Install& Start the software

Install the software

1). Double click (Windows 98 or above)。。。。

2). Next

3.) Browse…Choose the installation location. Default in C:/

5). Finish

6). Press OK to restart the PC or Cancel to go on

1). Double click the logo to start the software.

3.System Menu 1). System Set Set a company name

2). Data base link

Save database and exchange of data between locks.

You could choose the language through this menu.

Notice: When creating new room, make sure to fill in Lock IP!

Notice: Please test the connection after creating new room!

Deal with lock

“ Read ”: ---To get the data in lock.

“ Export”: ---To export the data from lock and store in Excel file.

“ Delete” --- To delete the data from the lock

‘ Select all” –Select all the data from the lock

“Invert Selection”--- Cancel selection of all date from the lock

“ Save to database”: To save the data from lock to database o software

2). Deal with database in software

“ Read ”: ---To get the data from software

“ Export”: ---To export the data from software and store in Excel file.

‘ Select all” –Select all the data from the software

“Invert Select”--- Cancel selection of all date from the software

“ Upload to lock”: To upload the data from software to lock.

The data will be saved in Excel file.

E. Access record.

Read ---Read the access record

Export--- Store the access record to the PC in Excel file.

Clear--- Clear all the access record

Cancel--- Close the Data Management screen

5). Lock property

A. Basic parameters:

You could check the Room No, Floor Name, Building, Lock No & Lock IP.

B. Lock parameters:

Lock Time: Current lock time. Synlcilzie Time: the lock and the system.

Lock language: Get & choose the language

Opening mode: Get & set the opening mode ( Normal Open & Normal Close )

Initialize: Delete all the data from the lock, the lock will be in normal open status.

B. Facility parameters:

You can get the Serial No. Version No and the manufacture information.

6). Access record enquiry

Notes: Please fill the Start time, End time and Room No. to make the enquiry!

7. Reception desk 1). Check in

Click the sign then fill in the personal info (Serial No, Name, ID No, Person

Sort,, Master or Guest. When register the guest, please set the start time and end

time.)

After the setting, please click to store the information。。。。

Click to make amendment to the information or click to

cancel the registration if needed.

Click the sign to register and store the users. Every user could have 3

fingerprint registered. Close the window after the registration.

Every guest could have 3 fingerprint registered.

Save the data to database

Click the to upload the data to the lock.

You could disconnect the communication if needed.
