DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Whatever God brings together, Satan wants to destroy. Your family is your special unit, your home team, your distinct, and unique biological tribe. Your family is uniquely yours although you may not always feel the love. Every family faces challenges, attacks, trials, opportunities and great blessings. Satan wants your family broken, tattered, torn, splintered, and fragmented. Satan wants your home to be a hub of hatred, dissension, confusion, chaos, and restlessness. But you must reject that notion, fighting with everything for God’s goodness to be alive within your family. You must be intentional in your family vision, family values, family virtues and your quest for victory within your family. Love is the foundation, faith is the fuel, hard work is the key, but tenacity is your secret weapon. God wants you to fight for your family while He is fighting with and for you!!!

Here is a prayer you can pray for/with your family: Lord God, we thank you for our family. You and only you brought this unique group of individuals together for your purposes to be fulfilled. We thank you that you order our steps as individuals and as a family. Help us to live lives that are pleasing to you in the way that we speak to each other, interact with one another and love each other. We pray right now that by the power of the Holy Spirit, we would sense attack when it comes and we would use our spiritual weapons to fight against the enemy and not each other. Help us to love openly, encour-age consistently, support strongly and grow purposefully. We thank you in advance for how you will use our family as a testimony of your goodness and your greatness. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen! Here are some characteristics you must work for and pray for: o Unconditional Loveo Godly Visiono Consistent Peaceo Continuous Joyo Unwavering Hope Here is a Scriptural confession you can recite as a family: We confess as a family, according to the words of Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against my family shall prosper. We confess our family is blessed, our family is fun, our family is strong, our family is whole and our family is anointed. We thank you Lord for your favor, your grace and your love. We believe your word is true, complete and without error. We know that your word will accomplish what it says it will accomplish. We work for victory, and have faith for victory within our family in the name of Jesus!

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Malachi 3 teaches us that God blesses generosity that honors Him. At the same time, Satan is always looking to devour, stagnate or destroy our resources through varying methods. He uses bad habits, selfishness, overspend-ing, fear, pride, materialism, laziness, a lack of planning, a crisis, bad policies, etc. Nevertheless, God calls us to good stewardship (management), and to always seek Him, even in financial matters. Here is a prayer you can pray: Lord God, I thank you for your provision. I have no doubt that you are God alone. I thank you that your Word will be fulfilled in my life. I thank you that your word is true when it says that you will supply all of our needs ac-cording to your riches in Glory. Help us to manage all of the resources that you bless us with in a way that pleases you. Give us wisdom in our spending decisions. I pray right now that by the power of the Holy Spirit, I would be able discern profitable opportunities. I thank you right now for gainful employment and/or fruitful entrepre-neurial endeavors. I thank you for grace for every financial season that I have faced and will face. Enable me to depend on you, being guided by your wisdom with faith and works. I thank you that generosity is in my bloodline. I confess that I am a giver filled with faith and love. I confess total dependence on you when I am tempted to feel self reliant for success. I believe that you will use me to bless my family, your people and your work in the name of Jesus, Amen.

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Without faith it is impossible to please God! Faith is the central ingredient for the Christian journey. In Romans 1, the Apostle Paul makes it clear that Christ-Followers must live by faith. Faith fuels your walk with God, and your journey in life. Satan wants you to live a life of doubt, fear and disbelief. Situations often come to drain your faith, and feed your fears. You are at your best when you are filled with the premium fuel of faith. Remem-ber, faith is your ability to actively put your confidence, your trust, and your belief in God! Here is a prayer you can pray: Lord God, I thank you for Jesus Christ, salvation, and my faith. I thank you for making me a faith-filled believer in all circumstances and situations. Thank you that your plan is for me to walk by faith, and not by sight. I know that it is impossible to please you without faith. I pray right now that by the power of the Holy Spirit, that I will be able to live my life with an increased faith level regardless of what is happening externally. Allow the chal-lenges that we face to draw us closer to you in faith. Allow us to see our trials as opportunities for our faith grow in new ways. We thank you in advance for how you will use our challenges as testimonies of your faithfulness, your goodness and your greatness. I have faith for vic-tory over every challenge, provision for every need, and grace for every situation, opportunity, or possibility in the name of Jesus, Amen.

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Focus is the central point of your attention or activity. It is the art of pointing your mind at your target, aiming your intent, energy, and effort on a set goal. Distractions are ever present in all forms. Your best results are always a result of your best focus. Whatever you are doing, Satan wants you to lose focus on the right things and he wants to amplify the wrong things. Just as a raindrop can cause erosion on a rock if it focuses, you can accom-plish the unimaginable if you can focus. Fight for it and win with it!

Here is a prayer you can pray: Lord God, I thank you for your patience with me. I thank you that you never give up on me no matter how many times I have been distracted from your purpose for my life. I thank you that you are helping me with my focus right now. Help me to focus on the plans you had in mind for my life when you created me. By the power of the Holy Spirit, enable me to discern distractions before they cause me to detour off of the plan you have set for me. Allow each challenge to be the catalyst for a more consistent prayer life. Bless me with great discipline and laser focus. Surround me with relationships that support proper focus in my life. Give me the courage to walk away from unrighteous distractions. I thank you in advance for how you will shift my focus from negativity to your goodness, your greatness and your power! In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen! Here are some characteristics you must work for and pray for: o Focused Relationshipso Focused Career Decisionso Focused Time Managemento Focused Goalso Focused Conversations Here is a Scriptural confession you can recite for your focus: God, I confess that I am focused on your plan for my life. I believe that according to John 10:10, that although the enemy seeks to steal, kill and destroy that Jesus came so that I may live an abundant life in God’s will. I believe your word can only be true! I know that your word will accomplish what it says it will accomplish. I am focused, I am disci-plined, I am effective, and I am productive in the name of Jesus!

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Scripture often references our bodies as God’s temple metaphorically and practically. We’ve all seen people work tirelessly, and give generously to take care of God’s actual physical temple, or church, but when it comes to our bodily temple we are lax, careless, negligent, and sometimes reckless. Exercise, controlled portions, eating plans, intentional diets, and healthy efficient lifestyles are not demonic ideas. They are actually practices that reek of biblical concepts like discipline, moderation, planning, stewardship, and honor. Your health is worth fighting for! Pray, plan, and push for your best physical life! Here is a prayer you can pray: Lord God, I thank you for my body. You created this body that I live in. I thank you that you designed my body to be a temple of the Holy Spirit. Help us to live lives that are pleasing to you in the way that we eat, cook, exer-cise and carry our bodies. I pray right now that by the power of the Holy Spirit, I would experience physical vic-tory. Deliver me from addictions to unhealthy foods, gluttony and counterproductive eating practices. Lead me to a lifestyle of self-control, wisdom, and high performance. Help me to eat to live. Help me to actively take fit-ness and exercise seriously. Help me to be consistent as I get measurable results. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen! Here are some characteristics you must work for and pray for: o Healthy Eatingo Consistencyo Exercise Regimeno Positive Self Imageo God-Centered Mindset Here is a Scriptural confession you can recite for your fitness: God, I confess that I am created in your image. Lord, I confess that I am fearfully and wonderfully made accord-ing to Psalm 139:14. I confess that I am a temple of the Holy Spirit according to 1 Corinthians 6:19. I believe that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength according to Philippians 4:13. I confess that I am well, I am healed, and I am whole! I confess that I have energy for every responsibility, I have good health, and sound-ness of mind. I thank you for who you have made me and how you have made me. I expect victory in the area of fitness in the name of Jesus!

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Tomorrow is not promised to you but it may come to you or someone you are connected to. Thinking beyond today, or planning for a greater tomorrow are progressive actions of hope. You can live haphazardly or live inten-tionally. Create a vision board. Layout or write ideas God has picturesquely placed on your mind. Use pictures from magazines, quotes from scripture, or online finds. Write yourself notes everywhere. Set goals for you, your family, your relationships, your business details, and plan for winning. All real teams have training camp. They are preparing to win even when a game isn’t even close. Maximize your right now with your future in mind! Here is a prayer you can pray: Lord God I thank you for the plans that you have already established for me. I believe that you fully know what’s best for me. I know that our days on the earth are numbered. Help me to walk into my future in full obedience of your word. Help me to make each moment count for you. Allow me to know, if there is anything on my list for my life that is not on your list for my life. I want to be in your will. I want to live according to your plan. Help me to learn from my past, be fully engaged in my present and aware of the future you have in store for me. Thank you that you go before as you order my steps in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

I confess that my future is bright, I am anointed for whatever awaits me, and I will approach my future with intentionality. Thank you God for dreams, vision, patience, process, and victory in the name of Jesus, Amen.

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Friends are those special people who you lean on, depend on, trust and appreciate a little more than the aver-age Joe. They love you unconditionally, you can always mark them present, and they bring you comfort and joy just by being around you. While you may laugh together, hang out together and chat together; they need your prayers, wisdom, and strength. Take time to pray for them and pray over their needs. Share texts of hope, life, and affirmation even if they appear to not need it. We know you will fight for your friends (physically). This is a reminder for you to do it everyday from your knees with prayer, or from your thumbs by texting a word of life! Here is a prayer you can pray: Father I thank you for my friends. Lord use me as a blessing in their lives. Thank you that you decide whose paths we need to cross. Thank you for making me a blessing to them in the name of Jesus, Amen.

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Your mind is your most valuable asset. Satan’s goal is to distract you, drain you, confuse you, or frustrate you to a place of destructiveness or counter productivity. Clarity, creativity, and positivity are all examples of pictures that reflect your best frame of mind. Hope, faith, patience, understanding, temperance are all godly attributes reflect-ing a right frame of mind. We only make bad decisions when we have bad thoughts. Surround yourself as best you can with great content, great people, and fight for a great frame of mind. It is the breeding ground for great results! Here is a prayer you can pray: Father I thank you for a frame of mind that thinks God-ward, and not me-ward or backwards. I thank you that you are helping me to have temperance and consistency in my frame of mind. I thank you for a frame of mind that is able to see the positive in situations, instead of leaning toward the negative. Consistent, reliable, dependable, and full of faith are all attributes of faithfulness. Success is connected to faith-fulness. Realizing success in every area of your life ties back to being consistent, effective and strong. There will always be reasons to quit, opportunities to give up, and distractions to compete for your attention. Families are built, championships are won, companies are grown, careers are advanced, goals are reached and Christians are empowered through faithfulness. Whether it’s losing weight or increasing your faith, good happens with a solid commitment to a steady regimen. Our words to our son when he was learning to ride his bike apply perfectly to this moment. We told him “you’ve got to keep pedaling to make progress, if you fall off get back on and keep pedaling.” Wherever you are in life, keep pedaling and you will get to your goals!!! Here is a prayer you can pray: Father, I thank you for your faithfulness. I thank you that you are even faithful to us when our actions are faith-less. I thank you for being the only living God, who causes dead faith to come back to life. I believe you right now that I would be a reflection of you in my faithfulness to your word and to your world. I will shine my light in your name everyday of my life! Amen

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

The greatest enemy of forward is freezing! Sometimes it’s your past pulling you back or your present pulling you down. But know, forward is God’s plan for your life. Of course, there are stand still and see the salvation of The Lord moments in our lives, but even then God expects us to have progressive faith and hope. The only times I see references to the past in scripture is when there is an intent to inform the present or to prepare for the fu-ture. Reverse is an option when you are driving a car, but it was designed as a temporary precursor for forward. Sometimes forward feels impossible, that’s why you have to fight for it. People who feed you, people who can lead you, and people who can read you can help you go forward. Positive and hope-building content that appeals to your mental, spiritual, personal and professional health can take you deeper and higher. Progress never happens in neutral or reverse so fight for the gearshift of forward, drive! Here is a prayer you can pray: Lord God I thank you for the call to go forward. I thank you that you call us out of the darkness of our pasts into your marvelous light. I thank you that you are a God who does not hold our yesterdays against us, but you place the mistakes of yesterday into a sea of forgetfulness. I believe you for the life ahead of me that is filled with your promises that will be fulfilled according to your word. Thank you for new mornings, new possibilities, and new successes. Thank you for forward in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Here are some characteristics you must work for and pray for: o Hopeo Goalso Fresh Visiono Physical Fervor Here is a Scriptural confession you can recite for going forward: I confess that forward is God’s best plan for my life. I confess that I will not replay my past in my mind. I confess that I will not rehash my past repeatedly mentally, psychologically, or verbally. I confess that I will not reach back, look back, or go backwards. I confess that I am a person of vision, a person of progress, and a person of mobility. I confess that I am healed, whole, and unbothered. I confess that I am happy, hopeful, and joyful. I con-fess that I pursue God’s will, purpose, and plans for my life. I confess that I live to bless others, serving with life and love. I confess that I look forward and go forward in Jesus’ name, Amen.

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

The wise man Solomon invites all of us to guard our hearts. The word heart in the passage references our thoughts, our emotions, and our desires. In-between these three words is a big word we don’t tend to serve, our feelings. Our feelings or what’s defined as emotional health is vital to our mental or cognitive approach to life, people, and our journey. Our mental health shapes how we feel, which influences what we do. We are not saying you should be guided by your feelings. The invitation is to fight for emotional health and to feed your mind in-formation, engage in activities, and pray for a circle that encourages wholeness. If you are not emotionally well, it’s likely you won’t be well period. Fight to continue to expose yourself to life giving content that in turn fuels your journey enabling you to live at your highest cylinder capacity. Here is a prayer you can pray: Father God, I thank you for creating us as human beings who can feel, love and worship. I thank you that you call us out of feelings of neglect and disregard. I thank you that you replace our negative feelings with your peace, your presence and your love! I thank you that your love and your healing surround me. I believe you for charac-ter that exudes unconditional love and unspeakable joy, according to your word. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Here are some characteristics you must work for and pray for: o Restorationo Regret-Free Livingo Meeknesso Strengtho Excitement for Life Here is a Scriptural confession you can recite for your feelings: I confess that my feelings are guided by the truth of God’s word. I confess that I am emotionally victorious. I confess that I am emotionally whole. I confess that healing lives within my heart. I confess I have tougher skin and I am courageous. I confess that my faith consumes my fears. I confess that my past is behind me, my future is before me and my present is all around me. I confess that I am informed, encouraged, inspired and motivated. I confess that I am emotionally sound and emotionally strong, Amen

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

Jesus makes a big deal about Fruitfulness in many parables in scripture. We can sum it up using two words, meaningful results. Listen, you can live life in a treadmill or a track. You can run in place and just be busy with-out measurable results, or you can run intentionally towards a goal line of fulfilling finality or purposeful pro-ductivity. Your time is more valuable than any other commodity you have. There will always be thieves of varying forms trying to steal it from you. Fight to dedicate your time to people, places, and things for meaningful results that glorify God and edify others. Here is a prayer you can pray:

Lord God, I thank you for fruitfulness in every area of my life. I thank you that according to Psalm 1, you have called us to bear fruit in each season of our lives. I thank you that you are enabling me to be productive in all areas of my life. I thank you that you are helping me to discern the difference between opportunities and distrac-tions. I pray for fruitfulness for my life, my children’s live and generations to come. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Here are some characteristics you must work for and pray for: o Productivityo Credibilityo Creativityo Open Mindednesso Teams of Encouragers Here is a Scriptural confession you can recite for your fruitfulness: I confess that I am fruitful, and productive everyday of my life. I confess that I get results through Christ who gives me strength. I confess that God is glorified through my life and work. I confess that I overcome challenges, overwhelm obstacles, complete assignments, and achieve excellence. I confess that my work is an act of worship that pleases God, and an act of service that produces positive outcomes. I confess that I am capable, insightful, innovative, and an asset because Christ works though me for his glory, Amen.
