While participating in a production of “Death of a Salesman,” a teacher’s wife is assaulted in her new home, which leaves her husband determined to find the perpetrator despite his wife’s objections. Metro Detroit area’s community reading program returns with The Paris Wife by Paula McLain. The Paris Wife captures a remarkable period of time in American literature and a love affair between two unforgettable people: Ernest Hemingway and his first wife, Elizabeth Hadley Richardson. Hear Paula McLain speak on Tuesday, March 6, at 2 p.m. in West Bloomfield and at 7 p.m. in Rochester Hills. Tickets are free but limited.
