    I. RULESOfSAfE PAINTbALL MARKERHANDLING

    Your Worr MACHINEMArkErIsNotAtoY.

    18 years old to purchase. 14 years old to play with adult supervision or 10 years old to use onpaintball elds meeting ASTM-standard F1777-97. Respect other peoples property and whenusing the Worr Machine marker, obey all local, s tate and ederal laws. When entering a paintballeld, become aware o their rules and regulations. It is very important to have the proper paintballprotection beore going to the paintball eld or play. This includes and is not limited to eye, head,throat, and body protection. A ll protection used should be designed or the sport o paintball, e.g.:eye gear designed specically or paintball usage.

    Always have a barrel plug or barrel sock in place and keep the saety ON when handling your mark-er. When repairing or cleaning your marker rst remove barrel and gas cylinder, then depressurizeyour marker by pointing in sae direction and dry-ring. Always treat the paintball marker as i itwere loaded. When handling the marker, always keep your ngers or any other objects away romthe trigger assembly to avoid accidental discharges. Make sure when carrying or transporting themarker, to keep the muzzle pointed downward with a barrel blocking device in place. Beore trans-

    porting your marker through public areas, such as airports, or bus and trains stations, call aheador regulatory inormation regarding the carrying and transporting o such an item.

    Remember, the Worr Machine marker should never be pointed or red at anyone without theproper paintball approved eye and ace protection, and should only be used at a supervised,licensed and insured paintball elds.

    NOTE: A sae environment is an area where you and everyone within 200 yards is wearingpaintball approved saety goggles and equipment. An area that is netted in and meetsASTM-standard F1777-97.

    Treat every marker as i it were loaded.

    Never look down the barrel o a paintball marker.

    Keep your nger o the trigger until ready to shoot.

    Never shoot a person not wearing proper protection.

    Never point the marker at anything you dont wish to shoot,even i it is not loaded and there is no air source attached.

    Keep the marker on sae until ready to shoot.

    Keep the barrel blocking device in/on the marker when not shooting.

    Always remove paintballs and propellant source beore disassembly.

    Ater removing propellant source, point marker in sae direction anddischarge until marker is degassed.

    Store the marker unloaded and degassed in a secure place. Follow warnings listed on propellant source or handling and storage.

    Do not shoot at ragile objects such as windows.

    Every person within range must wear eye, ace and ear protection designedspecically to stop paintballs.

    Always measure your markers velocity beore playing paintball and never

    shoot at velocities in excess o 300 eet per second. Never engage in vandalism.

    Do not modiy your markers air system or regulators in any way.

    Do not use any paintball marker or drive-by shootings.

    Faliure to ollow these saety precautions may result in bodilyinjury including blindness and death.

    II. PREPARINGfORUSAGE

    1. Screw barrel onto marker

    2. Place barrel blocking device properly onto the marker

    3. Pull the cocking pin back until it latches into place

    4. Make sure the saety is pushed to the PUSH SAFE position.

    5. Connec t the tank to the AS A (air system adapter.)

    NOTE: Make sure to always get your tank lled by authorized, skilled and knowledgeabletechnicians or the correct ll limits o each tank. Do not try to rell tanks by your-sel. Do not use tanks that have not been properly maintained or that are damaged.WGP recomends compressed air but C02 will work. Always be sure to only use ASTMcompliant tanks or your marker. Always use caution when relling, attaching andhandling any type o air tank.

    6. Attach the loader to the eed port o the marker

    NOTE: Use only 0.68 caliber paintballs in your Worr Game Products Wor r Machine marker.All WGP Worr Machine markers are timed and tested prior to leaving the actory.

    Beore eld use, ensure the velocity is in compliance with eld saety guidelines. General eldvelocity limits are usually between 250-300 ps (eet per second). Your paintball markers velocityshould never exceed 300 ps. Observe and abide by all local laws, regulations and eld saetyguidelines pertaining to the use o paintball markers.

    NOTE: I you are using a C02 tank, you need to be aware that C02 has some limitations. I youplay in a cold environment and you re rapidly you may experience rapid fuctuationsin velocity (shoot down) or you may experience marker reeze up. This is normal orC02. C02 is a liquid, and as you shoot the marker rapidly you are ring this liquid intothe marker causing the marker to reeze up. The remedy or this problem is to allow themarker and tank to warm-up to room temperature. WGP suggests the use o compressedair when shooting rapidly or in cold weather.

    Paintball industry approved protective gear (or ace and eyes) must be wornat all times while operating and perorming adjustments on this marker.

    Prior to beginning any work on your marker, check to make sure that all excesspressure has been released by pointing the marker in a sae direction and pullingthe trigger. This is a necessary precaution due to the act that the marker maystill contain pressure even ater the removal o the gas source.

    Damages to the marker due to improper adjustments are NOT covered underwarranty. I you are uncertain, unable or do not know how to perorm work onthe marker, have adjustments and repairs made by WGP.

    III. VELOCITy

    I using the Worr Machine EG (Electronic) Marker, cunsult modeselection instructions on the ollowing page.

    To adjust the velocity, insert the velocity adjustment wrenchprovided with your marker into the screw at the rear o the marker.Turning the screw clockwise increases the markers velocity, turn-ing it counterclockwise decreases the velocity.. Be sure to ollowall local and ASTM standard rules when adjusting your velocity.Also make sure that you are always wearing paintball apporvedsaety equipment when handling your marker.

    WARNING:

    WGP does not set the velocity prior to leaving the factory. You MUST set the velocity within field and

    safety limits using a chronograph prior to playing. Always use a chronograph to verify that your mark-

    ers velocity does not exceed maximum safety limits.

    IV. WORRMACHINE EG (ELECTRONIC) E-GRIP OPERATION

    1. Eye Protec tion: Ensure all individuals within 200 yards are properly protected againstpaintball impacts.

    2. Engage Safety & Install Barrel Sleeve: Push Saety rom let to right on marker; Red Bandaround the saety should not be showing i the saety is on. Properly Install Barrel Sleeve.

    3. Install Battery: Remove three allen screws and remove r ight side grip cover and properlyinstall 9 volt battery.

    4. Test for Power: To test or power press and hold down bottom button (below two lightson back o gr ip) or approximately 2 seconds. 2 Green lights should be illuminated.Reinstall grip cover (Do Not Over-Tighten Screws).

    5. Switching Between Modes: Once the power is turned on, the marker will be in the initialsetting o Semi-Automatic Mode (setting 1). This setting will be indicated by the bottomlight turning Green. To switch to the 3 Round Burst Mode (setting 2) press the button once,the bottom light should turnAmber. You should now be in 3-Round Burst Mode. To switch

    to the Full-Auto Mode press the button once, the bottom light should turn Red. You shouldnow be Full-Auto Mode. To switch back to the initial Semi-Auto Mode (setting 1) press thebutton once, the bottom light should turn Green. You should now be in the initial settingo Semi-Auto Mode (setting 1).

    VI. CLEANING yOURMARKER

    It isnt necessary to completely disassemble your marker to clean it. WGP recommendsthe ollowing cleaning be done ater each day o play:

    1. Beore you start ALWAYS make sure that all paintballs are out o the marker.

    2. Remove air source and ensure that all air has been released rom the marker.

    3. Remove the barrel sock and then remove the barrel.

    4. Lightly spray marker down with a 50-50 mix o rubbing alcohol and water and then wipe down.

    5. Wipe down the marker with a clean cloth, or blow o the marker with compressed air (NOT CO2).

    6. Remove bolt and lubricate bolt O-rings with Mineral oil, then reinstall.

    7. Lubricate all moving parts with Mineral oil, and reassemble.

    8. WGP recommends that ater every 4-5 days o play you place 3-4 drops o 3 in 1 or otherpaintball marker specic oil in the air r eceiver and re the marker 10-15 times withoutthe barrel. This will distribute the oil throughout the marker and lubricate the internals.

    Factory Approved Lubricants:

    Mineral oil only

    WARNING:

    Always make sure you and everyone around you wears protection when you clean the marker or check

    it for paintballs.

    VII. TROUbLESHOOTING

    NOTE: Prior to beginning any work on your marker, check to make sure that all excesspressure has been released by pointing the marker in a sae direction and pullingthe trigger. This is a necessary precaution due to the act that the marker maystill contain pressure even ater the removal o the gas source.

    1. Gas leaks rom the tank connection.

    Check and or replace tank o-ring.

    2. Gas leaks rom inside barrel.

    Try ring the marker a ew times in a sae enviroment. Valve seal may be damaged, repace valve stem assembly.

    3. Marker ails to re.

    Cock the marker and try again. Make sure the tank has gas/air in it, and be sure it is screwed all the way on to the marker. Saely check or broken paint shells in chamber, lubricate all moving parts.

    4. Marker ails to recock.

    Check and/or replace striker o-ring. Make sure the tank has gas/air in it, and be sure it is screwed all the way on to the marker.

    5. Marker rapid res or mechanism sticks or hangs up.

    Broken paintball shell stuck inside, clean the mechanism. Lack o lubricant, lubricate striker and bolt.

    The tank o-ring is locatedat the top o your tank.

    Q) How do I saely maintain my WGP Worr Machine marker?

    A) Saely maintaining your marker is simple and easy. You needonly to clean and oil your marker to keep it up and running.

    Q) How do I oil my marker?

    A) You only need to lubricate your marker ater every 4 to 5 days o play. To oil your maker

    you rst remove your loader, then re all excess paintballs out o the marker. Next removeyour tank and re all excess air rom the marker. Now remove your barrel. Next drop 3 to 4drops o approved paintball marker oil into the air receiver and saely re the marker 10-15times. This will distribute the oil throughout the internals o the marker. At this time you canalso lubricate your bolt 0-rings and your striker. Be sure that the hole in between the 2 O-ringson your bolt is always acing down. Factory approved lubricants: Mineral oil.

    Q) How do I saely clean my marker?

    A) To clean your marker you rst nd a sae environment then remove your loader, then re allexcess paintballs out o the marker. Next remove your tank and re all excess air rom themarker. now remove your barrel, then lightly spray down marker with water and then wipe itdown with a clean cloth.

    Q) Does WGP recomend C02 or compressed air on my marker?

    A) WGP recommends compressed air, but the markers will also work on CO2. I you are using

    a C02 tank, you may experience the marker getting cold, this is normal or C02. C02 consistso rozen liquid and when this liquid enters the the marker it will cause the marker to get cold.To remedy this problem, let your marker warm up to room temperature in a sae, secure place.

    Q) My marker is shooting when I air it up, what do I do?

    A) Beore you air up your marker always be sure to cock the marker rst, then re your marker.It is not recommended to adjust or remove the internals without proper training.

    Q) I broke a paintball in my marker. How do I clean it?

    A) To clean broken paintball out o your marker you will rst remove your loader, next your

    tank be sure to re all excess paintballs and air rom your marker. Next remove your barreland then your bolt. Using a squeegee or battle swab, run it through the same chamber youpulled the bolt rom, then run it through the barrel. Reinstall the bolt. Be sure that the hole inbetween the 2 o-rings on your bolt between the 2 o-rings is acing down and your ready to go.

    Q) Ive removed my bolt and replaced it, and my velocity has dropped. What is the problem?

    A) Any time your remove the bolt rom your marker, you must always be sure that the hole in be-tween the 2 O-rings on your bolt is always acing down beore reinstallation. This is commonproblem that could directly eect the velocity o your marker.

    Q) What is the reason to have dierent barrel sizes?

    A) The reason or using dierent barrel sizes is, paintballs are dierent sizes due to reshness,weather and other actors. By having dierent barrel sizes your are able to match your paintto your barrel to get the best accuracy and consistency out o your marker.
