In the event of loss or damage which may give rise to a claim under your Open Cargo Policy ofInsurance, Special Insurance Policy or Certificate of Insurance, immediate notice must be givento our Company or to our Claim Agent. For your convenience we list below our Agents locatedworldwide in various ports and/or cities who can help with the documentation of your claim andwho can appoint a surveyor, if necessary. In the event there is no Claim Agent at or near the finaldestination, then such notice must be given the nearest Lloyd's Agent or the Correspondent ofthe American Institute of Marine Underwriters.

In case of loss or damage, a claim must be immediately filed in writing against the vessel or othercarrier and a copy thereof, plus any reply thereto, must accompany any claim presented underyour Open Cargo Policy of Insurance, Special Insurance Policy or Certificate of Insurance. In nocircumstances give a clean receipt where goods are in doubtful condition except under writtenprotest.
