IA Exercise SupportIA Exercise SupportLessons Learned IALessons Learned IA

• Limited “official” Lessons Learned History • JLL Specialist arrived May 09

• General observations from FY09 HQ Exercise program

• IA interaction must be persistent, consistent, and realistic … sporadic involvement/white cell play just turns off the staff (both Gov and IA)

• IA involvement from DC is tough to get due to limited resources, competing priorities

• Mutual benefit usually a prerequisite

• Whole of Government does NOT mean ALL of Government.
