STANDARD REPORTS
CUSTOM REPORT FILTERS
Drill down to focus on specific data
You can add multiple filters to your report
Set up “rules” on multiple filters within a single report
COMPARISON REPORTS
Compare data between multiple custom reports
Show trends over time
INTERVAL VS ORDINAL
Interval: A scale which represents quantity and has equal units
Ordinal: A scale which represents an ordered series of relationships or rank order
NET PROMOTER SCORE 0-10 scale
Responses of 9-10 are Promoters
Responses of 7-8 are Passives
Responses of 0-6 are Detractors
We derive a Net Promoter Score by subtracting the percentage of Promoters from the percentage of Detractors.
DETRACTORS PASSIVES PROMOTERS
Net Promoter Score* = % of PROMOTERS - % of DETRACTORS

PERCENT POSITIVE The difference between points on this scale are not statistically measurable
With this question type, you can look for meaningful data via “Percent Positive”, also known as a Top-2 box
PERCENT POSTIVE is the % of respondents who selected a positive (above neutral) response in the scale
Six-Sigma recommends, “5 options is always best, and necessary to calculate Top 2 Box standard satisfaction %.”
