Give us today our daily bread.

Forgive us our sins, as we forgivethose who sin against us.

Lead us not into temptation, butdeliver us from evil.

Lord we remember those children who live onthe street in miserable situations

There are 100 million Street children in the world.Out of which 18 million live in the streets of India.

Starved, undernourished, without care & protection,

abused, trafficked, forced into prostitution, lured intocrime, many become HIV positives & are addicted todrugs & alcohol.

Street Children are

That children living on thestreets may be able to find

safety, love and protection.

That God will provide safeand loving households forchildren in areas that are

prone to more violence orabuse.

For workers, parents,church leaders and

caregivers who look afterthese children or are

seeking to help them.

Lord we remember children who aretrafficked

Children are trafficked forBegging Organ trade Drug peddling

Bonded labor Domestic work Agricultural labor Construction work Prostitution & sex

tourism.

Human trafficking is thethird largest profitable

industry in the world.

1.2 million children are traffickedworldwide every year.

In India 40% of prostitutes arechildren,

An estimated 1,000 to 1,500 Indianchildren are smuggled out of thecountry every year to Saudi Arabia for

begging during the Hajj.

For the children who arebeing trafficked andexploited

For children in situations that

leave them vulnerable toexploitation

For all the workers who havedevoted many efforts to

rescue and care for childrenaffected by trafficking

We pray and long for a day when no child will undergo the

trauma of trafficking.

For the children who havelost one or both parents, fortheir lives and upbringing

That children who areorphaned can find care andprotection and that they canbe able to have the

opportunities for better futures

We pray for the AIDS orphansthat the world will notdiscriminate them and they

will receive fullness of live

Do you know any children who have lost a parent? Take some

time to pray for their grief, healing and future.

Lord we pray that your light, love, joy, care and hope willreplace darkness from the lives of every child who is at

risk.
