The MonsoonsMonsoons are heavy rainsDuring the summer months – winds blow

During the winter months, cooler winds blow from the north and northeast that dump heavy rainfall on the east coast.

Indian farmers depend of the monsoons for their crops. Too little rain, too much rain, too early or too late, can ruin their crop.
