WOC owns repair labs equipped with latest test equipment’s & functional panels to ensure effective repair, supporting their 0% failure policy.
These labs are operated by Engineers with loads of experience in the field of Speedtronic cards' repair.
2. Test with Certification
WOC supports end users to test & certify their shelf stock at a nominal fee. This eliminates the risk of end users finding parts in their shelf stock faulty at the time of emergency requirements.
3. Exchange:
WOC is open to the option of Exchanging defective cards with working cards. Cards supplied under this programme carries a warranty of 18 months.

ICS and TFC
ICS
WOC supports users of all types of Industrial Controls to source running parts as well as parts that have been declared Obsoleteby the OEM.
WOC carries a reasonable stock of effective parts as required byusers and have the capability of sourcing parts on behalf of Users through their worldwide network of prominent stockists and suppliers.
All parts supplied by WOC under ICS carries a standard warranty of 24 months which will be fully tested in live panels or using General Test Jigs / Benches.
TFC
WOC is well connected with most of the Global Manufacturers, Stockists and Suppliers which enables them to support all your Power plant related requirements at very reasonable prices. WOC supplies genuine OEM as well as aftermarket products / parts with lead time kept to minimum.
Parts supplied under this category includes Hardware, Hot gas path parts, fuel systems, Electrical, Sensors and other miscellaneous which covers all of Turbine Parts, Field Instru-ments and Consumables.

WOC has an in-house facility to Test, Repair and Certify control cards and parts used in Control Panels / PLC's / DCS / Drives etc. This facility was developed to Test and Certify the cards supplied by WOC which over the course of time helped Users to Repair and Test their suspected / faulty cards maintained as shelf stock at a reasonable cost and short turnaround times
WOC's test and repair facility is equipped with quality test equipment’s ,Live panels for functional testing and experienced engineers / technicians from the industry with loads of experience in Testing & Troubleshooting all kinds of industrial circuit boards.
Test and Repair services offered by WOC has enabled users to maintain their control panel cost-effectively and have even supported them to retain obsolete panels.
WOC backs up all test / repair with a 12 month warranty which is at par or even more than the Industry standards.

BUY BACK
WOC acquires control systems and parts that Users wish to discard.
WOC is open to buying back of all control systems manufactured by major OEMs but the preference list is updated once in every three months.
