STF 395 scope
Decentralised congestion control (DCC) Following DCC methods were developed:
• Transmit power control (TPC) per packet,• Transmit rate control (TRC), • Transmit data rate control (TDC), and • Receiver sensitivity control (RSC).
Coexistence between CEN DSRC and ITS-G5 Power levels to ensure coexistence were evaluated Mitigation methods were developed

Further ongoing work
DCC A first draft for DCC in the networking & transport layer was
presented at the last ITS WG3 meeting in TS 102 636-4-2 . The work on DCC in the facility layer just started. The management components of DCC were proposed in
TS 102 687 but no further work started yet.
