Flexfit® Technology is the ultimate fusion of tech and performance. It defies the conventional mechanics of fitted caps by weaving polyurethane spandex into the sweatband and throughout the crown for added elasticity. H AT C O M P O N E N T S

The trims are used alongside our products to help describe its features.

1 . C R O W NRefers to the distance from the bottom edge of the hat to the top of the head. This helps determine the depth of the hat: a smaller number means the hat will sit higher on the head while a larger number means the hat will sit lower.

2 . P R O F I L ERefers to the slope of the cap’s crown. Low-profile caps tend to have crowns that are more angled while high-profile caps have crowns that are more perpendicular to the visor.

3 . V I S O RA fabric-covered round plastic piece attached to the front to help shield the eyes from the sun. Visors come in a wide range of shapes and curvatures to cater to a variety of headwear styles.

5 . TA P I N GFabric strips used to cover and seal the inner seams of the hat where panels are sewn together. Not only does the taping provide extra support for the stitching, but also gives the inside of the hat a polished, clean appearance.

4 . P A N E L STriangular pieces of fabric that are stitched together to form the main rounded struc-ture of the hat. Depending on the style, hats are generally comprised of 5 or 6 panels.

6 . T O P B U T T O NA fabric-covered metal grommet attached to the top-center of the hat to help hold all panels together.

7. C L O S U R EThe back piece of the hat that determines fit and adjustability. There is a wide range of closure types such as snapbacks, buckles, and plastic hooks. Closures will help achieve the perfect fit for maximum comfort.

8 . S W E AT B A N DA fabric band that lines the inside bottom of the hat. This is the part of the hat that wraps around the head and absorbs sweat. When it comes to headwear, our premium elastic sweatbands with Flexfit® technology provide unparalleled fit and comfort.
