The Chair

Feet rest flat on the floor - use a footrest if needed

Adjust chair so that thighs are horizontal

Backrest supports lower back

The Monitor

Ensure the monitor screen is clean

Position the monitor to reduce glare and reflections

Top of screen is at or below eye level

Position monitor at right angle to windows

The Desktop

Organise equipment &frequently used itemswithin reach – no twisting or reaching

PostureHead not excessivelybent over or forward

Keep wrists in neutralposition

Shoulders relaxed andcomfortable - noslouching
